I did like that we had a private bathroom and kitchen and room. Everything was clean and me and my friend slept well! Good value for what we got!

It felt like a ghost town going into the hotel. There was no one there to help. We did get passcodes, but with no one around to help I did have to call to ask how to get into certain doors. Also, when I dropped my key off in the grey box, it wasn't even powered on and so it didn't take the passcode. I was late to my bus and almost did not get on because I had to call for help then too. I think it would be nice if there was people there to help and interactions.

Very clean, shower gel in bathroom

No heating so it was very cold in winter. Duvets were extra varm but it was too hot to sleep with them(and way too cold without).

Lobby was big

The bathroom sink did not drain. We had to use the kitchen sink. The soap dispenser in the shower did not work. Very inconvenient!!

It was close to the airport and we liked the transport services. There was a gas station nearby, which is a plus.

The cleanliness of the room was questionable. The table was filthy, the floor wasn't vacuumed. I wasn't sure if the bedding linen was properly changed, as the bed was filled with some spots like someone ate there. We felt very uncomfortable because of this.

Serenity, Cleanness, customer service is topnotch. Even when I contacted for extended checking out, it was given to me for free. Airport pick up and drop up was bonus service

The staff on the phone, aiding in locating the shuttle bus and assisting with the key box, are all very pleasant, patient, and gracious—especially when contending with the wrath of tech-intolerant, weary travelers.The shuttle bus service is a bonus, and the proximity to the airport is ideal for late arrivals or early departures.

The process to check in is just arduous and irritating. I have absolutely no idea how those without a fairly broad grasp of technology and online form submissions would eventually reach their bed for the night. The whole process demands phone access—and therefore regional data—otherwise roaming costs will rapidly cut through any incentive to opt for cheaper digs.The setting is quite eerie amidst its seclusion, and the aesthetics are sparse and clinical. There is no hint of hospitality: no sachets of coffee or tea bags, no bottled water—indicating a focus on profits over guest comfort. Fairly priced for Scandinavia, but punching way above its weight compared to anywhere else within the same price point.All in all, secure digs for a night with a decent shower and decent links to the city; beyond that, it’s a rather drab experience.

(The cheat code is that it goes from Gate 14 in Terminal 4, but it needs to be pre-booked. Expect little beyond a secure room, a half-decent shower, and a manageable kitchenette—hopefully to warm up the food you brought with you, as there is absolutely nothing beyond foraging should the Circle K be closed on arrival.

The place is convenient if you had just want a night to stay in due to early flight as the place is near the airport and offers free airport transfer.

There were some complementaries (i.e., tea, coffee, etc) mentioned in the booking confirmation but none in the room I've stayed in. Furthermore, no trash bin was placed in the restroom. The trash bin was placed under the sink and there's a foul smell everytime I opened the door cabinet under the sink. Lastly, there was no clear instruction upon check-out (where to left the key). This should have been included in the booking confirmation.

Perfectly located, excellent service with the free shuttle. They code and key system worked perfectly. Everything one needs for a stay overnight before a flight. We ended up having dinner at the bistro in the hotel next door, open until 2200 hrs. Excellent food and service!!! Before that we had walked over to Scandic Hotel (wanted to stretch our legs after a lengthy bus ride) only to find they didn’t have any kitchen staff, even though advertising an open restaurant, because it was Sunday. Like people don’t travel on Sundays? Strange even for Sweden.

Nothing at all!

The staff, especially Donya was excellent. I felt at home immediately. Donna us very professional but kind and she is also very efficient. No.matter what she's there for the guests and even gave me tips on how to make my stay better. She treats the property and the guests with respect and attention.I would definitely go back because everything was better than I expected. And the staff made feel welcomed.

Everything. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is small but wonderfully practicle.

First received a demand to send a copy of my ID via email to which I never got a response too.Arrived to the hotel late at night- as agreed when I booked due to later flight.Multiple drunk men milling around outside the main doors which didn't open, empty cans and bottles everywhere.Had to gain entrance through the hotel next door.Thought the check in code was what was given to us when we made the booking- didn't work. No staff around to help or assist, reception completely locked up with a poster saying to call a phone number. Had two young children with me, felt extremely unsafe with number of people just wondering around in the hotel and smoking.Phoned the number and a lady answered who stated that I should have been sent a link to pay for my booking and that they won't provide the code to check in until I do so (at 01:30am in the morning!!!!!!!) despite booking.com clearly stating that I could pay during my stay. Cue a half an hour wait to get the link to pay so I could just get my kids into our room so they could sleep.Finally got the key into the room at around 2am- thank goodness that someone left the fire door (!!) open to get through the door on the first floor because they neglected to tell us we would need ANOTHER code to get through the door to get to our room (as I found out the day after when we couldn't get through!!!).Location is in the middle of nowhere, the advertised "shuttle bus" from the airport now no longer runs (informed 2 weeks prior to staying so by then all accommodation in the city was too expensive or booked due to an event) so you need to get a taxi late at night, or two buses during the day. No taxi numbers advertised. No shops or facilities in walking distance, again got to get a bus into the main town. The bus stop is outside the hotel and runs reasonably regularly but only during the day.

As every year the room was good, everything else changed without updating the conditions.

Even though check in was until 10pm, there was no one there and I had to call to get the codes for the keys, furthermore, I have been going to this hotel for 6 years but this year, even though it was indicated, there was neither parking nor transfer to the airport, unfortunately under these conditions I will not be able to return.

Unable to check in, abysmal customer service

There was no one at reception and they did not pickup their 24/7 phone hotline, therefore we were not able to check in. We had to find a room in a nearby hotel.

We didint get to the hotel, doors were locked and nobody answered the phone (called 8 times) also send 2 emails. Had to book new hotel.
