Hotel Svendborg

Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff

No telephone to contact reception desk, and no house slippers were available.

Location was central in Svendborg, Room was good, shower was maybe a bit on the small side. Breakfast was ok

Friendly staff & a comfortable spacey room with nice sitting options. Easy to reach from the train station & close to the harbor. Surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants. Super tasty breakfast!

You hear a lot from the neighboring rooms, which makes it difficult to sleep.

the bed is comfy and the room was furnished in a way that was well suited for a business trip. The location is super central, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Overall a good experience!

Unfortunately the hotel has no sauna (but they don’t claim to have one either so no offense)

Comfortable and good location

Interior upgradation recommended. The furniture was old and not comfortable. Another thing is to consider to have in winter- either floor heating / carpet or nice room heating arrangement, as the heating system was not working well in my room.

The location was perfect. Transportation, city center, and places for a great meal were close by.

Cleaning of the room, especially the bathroom and toilet, needs to be improved. More supervision is needed.

Absolutely great location… very comfy and cozy rooms… but more importantly: amazing staff… friendly, helpful and present… breakfast is impressive… healthy and lots of variety… every evening there’s buffet with finesse… we fell in love in such way we forget to check out ?Kudos to the entire team of Hotel Svendborg.

Breakfast was included and very good. Room was comfortable. Parking was pretty easy to find off site.

Game room was lacking—missing equipment. Carpets in common areas were stained. Shops nearby closed at 2 on weekend.

room was too small, odd layout might be some kind of prrevious storageroom... no amenity at all, not even the basic shampoo was storged, which i found out in the middle of my shower! Bed sheet was not fresh for sure, can still smell previous guest :(

The comfort and space of the suite. Very good sound insulation: we were quiet despite a big party organized in the hotel lobby to which our room overlooked. The location in the city.

The breakfast a little poor for such hotel.

We could walk to the hotel from the station. The hotel is convenient for the centre of town. Our rooms were well equipped, clean and comfortable - not luxurious but good value for money.

Bad reception of TV in the evening. WiFi connection poor in the sleeping area. We had to move to the door to be able to download something to watch in bed after.

When asking for restaurant recommendations I think the receptionist should inform that it is recommended to reserve table in town well in advance. We couldn’t get a table in any restaurant during the weekend which was disappointing. We did have a good dinner at your hotel.
