There were a few good spaces around the hotel to work from a laptop, mostly undisturbed, throughout the day. Also, this hotel was a lovely, easy walk from the harbor, which was a fun area.

- no fridge in the room for such a large hotel- no even a little playground for kids- very expensive snacks and meals

Nice hotel, a bit difficult to reach by public transport but quiet and not far from the DTU campus. Breakfast is good, room was small but had everything one needs.

A strange buzzing sound in the bathroom, possibly the ventilation needs to be fixed.

The room was spacious and clean. There was free coffee in the lobby. It was an easy walk to the cathedral and to the Viking Ship Museum.

Good breakfast. Location a little isolated but very quiet area is a plus.

The breakfast was delicious with variety, freshness, and healthy at the same time. The design and decor was beautiful and the room was super comfortable.

Small detail, the small table in the room blocked the luggage drawer.

Good choice near Copenhagen. Room was big and accessorized but a little bit too expensive for some missing features details (the shower light was broken and also the room was quite dark). Good choice at breakfast. Bistrot available for dinner.

Hard to find the room since hotel is big

The view was awesome! The hotel common areas were awesome as well. There are so many sitting areas, balconies etc... to enjoy some time relaxing and enjoy the sunset. The buffet breakfast was also great.

We had one of the tiny rooms without air conditioning. We were visiting while there was a major heat wave going on.The room was uninhabitable from like 10 am -9 pm, it was dreadful!! It did have a great view, but we really couldn't enjoy it.

Super friendly staff-they had a scavenger hunt for kids to explore the hotel and win some treasures which made the day for our daughter.Lovely breakfast buffet in cozy environment- plenty of choices -you could do you own waffles which was again a hit for our childParking right in front of the doorAmazing view from the terrace over the area and very close to copenhagen Very modern and clean facilities

The breakfast was excellent. In particular, there were gluten-free food and dairy-free milk options. The gluten-free food was in a separate area and a dedicated toaster for gluten-free products was provided. There was also plenty of non-dairy milk provided. I also appreciated that the bread was located in a separate area from the meat and cheese platters reducing cross-contamination. The staff was very knowledgeable about food allergies and were able to advise on modifications to the menu. I was able to eat safely during my entire stay at the hotel. The hotel also provided free coffee/tea as well as a water bar with sparkling, still, and flavored water available at all times.

The place was nice in many ways (free beverages,.multiple lounges, views of the national park) but the standard rooms are really tiny and there were lots of added charges.

Great views of the fjord from everywhere, nice facilities, excellent breakfast.

Toilet too small, room too warm, overpriced restaurant regarding the quality of the food which is just OK.

The hotel and room was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptionally good and offered an enormous variety of good food.

Everything met our satisfaction.

Stayed here for a festival and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. It was also a nice quiet location with plenty of buses into town.

It was very nice and in a nice location, but a bit far from the centre. The buses were quite practical. The room was a bit humid and also warm. There was only one trash bin in the bathroom and only one set of towels was out in the room. The breakfast was excellent.

Good place for a conference with accomodation. All necessary facilities. Free parking.

They take extra fee if you pay with a corporate credit card, and a fee to print the receipt! With already high price and business-oriented profile, that greed ruins the impression.
