Pros +
- Appealing setting, courteous service
- Location, staff , wide room
- Nice room, good sauna, excellent breakfast.
Cons -
- No AC, no room service, breakfast little choice
- Room was a little warm, not enough ventilation.
- We did not receive the check-in code. I sent a message to the property regarding a late check-in, but we received no response. Fortunately, a guest outside the hotel provided us with the passcode for the main entrance. We attempted to contact the service number to check into our room, but there was no answer for an extended period. The curtains in the room were unclean. The electrical outlet beside the bed was obstructed by the bed headboard. There should have been a nightstand next to the bed, but none was present. Additionally, no coffee or tea was provided in the room. Although the check-out time was 11:00 AM, at 10:50 AM on the final day, a cleaner entered the room without knocking. Fortunately, this did not result in an uncomfortable situation. Throughout our stay, we felt a lack of respect as guests from beginning to end.

Nice big room with a good breakfast in a beautiful cafe setting downstairs. The staff were really helpful and went out of their way to put a cot, bath, bedding, high chair and extra towels in the room because we said we’ll have our baby with us.
All was very good. Only thing missing for us was no tea, coffee and milk in the kitchen.
Clean spacious room/apartment. High ceilings, big windows gives lots of natural light. Nice quality breakfast. Good location only 5 min walk from the center of town.
Floor numbering was a bit confusing, the entrance level at ground floor was marked as floor 2.
Excellent breakfast and room was very comfortable.
The hotel is a bit inconveniently located but not terribly so. It is just ten minutes walking distance from the city center.
Nice hotel with spacy rooms, breakfast is good and staff friendly
The gym is not anything i can recommend. Very small and equipment outdated
The room was really spacious and nice. We could even turn the built in tv around itself, so we could watch it both from bed and couch. It also had a chrome cast. The kitchen had basic utilities, kettle, dishwasher and fridge (no freezer). We had a great time and didn't miss anything.
We were a bit anxious about the fact that there were not available charging at the hotel parking which we purchased. But it turned out not to be a problem at all, since everywhere in Lund we could charge our car without problems. We did so while shopping and sightseeing.
Very nice apartment/suite-like rooms. Perfect if you like to have a bit more room than a standard double room. Location very quite, but still within walking distance of the central Lund. Breakfast is very good.
Paid parking is too expensive for this area.
the room is new, equipped, dogs friendly very quiet. good parking (fee based)
breakfast coffee was a little poor. one of the rooms ha da very strong smell of clor, but the reception was closed already (17;00). the resturant was closed and was no food or coffee in the hotel
Relatively friendly staff, who speak very good EnglishGood shower Breakfast is ok
Where to begin? The photos on booking.com are grossly misleading- rooms are quite pokey despite the impression of a spacious floor space.I don’t know how many reception staff there are, but I came across about 6 different people in the first few days- god knows what they do.Loads of tiny missing/broken things which add up to the impression of a place that’s already in a state of decay despite being new- the “fully equipped kitchen” (which it isn’t) featured an electric stove where if you try turning both of the hobs on, it trips the fuse. Also, if you leave the kitchen light longer than a few minutes, it turns off. I reported this in the middle of the day and the janitor happened to be around (by no means a certainty) and it happened to work again when he had a look, but this is just due to it being temperamental. It inevitably didn’t work at all in the evening. I told reception, and the guy simply said “Janitor’s gone so I can’t call him until tomorrow. I’d love to help but I can’t.” That’s 4-star service is it? So I had to get a Dominos instead. The knob on the bedside light is broken, the watertight seal bit of the shower is loose. Just… come on, put a bit of effort in would you?The room was uncomfortably warm even though we stayed in November, largely due to the heater being on a fixed setting despite there being a dial to turn (for decorative purposes only, apparently), and a fixed time. Ventilation is poor, which adds to the stuffy warm feeling. It must be baking in summer. If you cook in your apartment, the smell lingers. In retrospect, I can see previous guests have exactly the same issue and nothing has been done about it.There’s a weird half finished bar/restaurant/pizza oven(?) area facing reception which looks like it’s in a permanent state of being half-built. Nobody’s doing any work on it and it just makes the place look a bit shabby. My main complaint is the fact that nobody comes round to empty the bins or make your bed.
Great breakfast
Parking is very expensive (the parking lot is not wel maintained). Not happy about the frequency of the room service during our stay (changing towels, cleaning garbage can, checking on soap, shampoo, toilet paper etc). We stayed for 7 days and they only checked once.
Staff was really nice, friendly and helpful
- breakfast was with very limited choice - I came for Halloween and I went to a Halloween party and returned very late at night. When I booked I looked through the whole rules, questions sections, and didn't find anything about returning to a room at night, so haven't even thought about it. But the doors were closed, I had to call by the number on the sticker on the door (and I thought it might be just a promotional thing), and fortunately I was told a code to open the door. But why couldn't it be told during check in? Or at least some kind of warning that for night doors are closed and what to do then. - the shampoo is kind of awful (I mean worse than usual in the hotels) and it wouldn't have bothered me for two days, but I used a lot of hair wax for Halloween...
The hotel itself is in a very cool building and although not immediately central, its easy to reach anywhere in Lund via bus and the surroundings are actually nice for a walk. Breakfast was good and the breakfast area is very nice. There is a restaurant at the hotel (at least during summer, as we stayed there in August), and although we found the pizza only okay other people seemed to enjoy it. The atmosphere was nice there in the evenings.
Minor points:- The TV stopped working on evening and was not fixed for 3 days with no comment or apologies, with also not the most friendly contact at the reception.- While I understand and appreciate fewer cleanings of the room (only weekly), with a stay of 7 nights it would be appreciated to have at least one cleaning and new towels - especially as there are no options to hang towels for two people properly to dry. However, the biggest problem that also almost every other guest since last (!) year has already pointed out, is the fact that you can't ventilate the rooms properly. In our case we only had a roof hatch, that does not work as soon as there are a few rain drops and closes if you want put the blinds down at the same time. The two ventilators had to be kept running basically 24/7 to make it somewhat tolerable to sleep and those weren't even the warmest days of the summer. It's very sad, because of this issue and the fact that nothing seems to be done about it I would absolutely not recommend this hotel, although it is otherwise a really cool place. Summers will also get warmer in Sweden and the fact that these rooms heat up so quickly needs to be addressed with proper airconditioning.
Good
Er was no cleaning of the roomThey asked €35.- for carpark Only filtercoffee at breakfast
Nice place, friendly yet professional staff. Good location for trips to nearby surroundings or to city center. Amazing breakfast with wide offer, delicious pizza from the restaurant.

Very spacious rooms. The summer time courtyard kitchen was great. Fantastic breakfast.
There is no air conditioning in the rooms, only a ventilator.
Big rooms, location not far from center. Great breakfast. Quiet in general.
Room was a sauna. It was probably 30+ degrees. No a/c. Just fans. Only possible to open one small window and mosquitoes would come in if lights were on. I understand we were unlucky with getting nice weather this weekend but if the building is this warm with 24-25 degrees outside it needs ac to be installed. Also I can’t even imagine how warm it must be when it’s 30 degrees….
The hotel is close to the city centre and easy to reach by walking. The staff at the reception is very friendly and welc
