Hotel Jutlandia

Very good food.Great location.Clean rooms.

Really comfortable room. Perfect location for a late night arrival from the Oslo ferry. Stepped off ferry - walked along a very long covered walkway. And 100 years later we were in the hotel. Great welcome - much appreciated after a long journey.

Location close to work.

Reception staff strangely unfriendly.When i complained about the noise on a floor 5, because of a wedding happening above me, i was told that it is ok. No apology, no any kind of situation handling and ect. Noise was terrible, both music and people stumpling, dancing.

Superb room (although we were upgraded) with everything (except an electric kettle - as per usual in Scandinavia) including a very comfortable bed and separate WC and roomy bathroom. The restaurant which had wonderful views served an excellent meal and all the staff were great.

Location, bike rental, gym, parking, breakfast, stuff.

Rooms could use facelift renovation, adding AC or fan, and adding a safe box.

Fantastic range of breakfast. Loved the view over the harbour at the restaurant. Great idea to have it on the top floor.The staff were all lovely!The rooms were setup as per our request.They accommodated our late check-in .

I'm not a fan of being charged additional to park on the hotel premises. I prefer to see this included.

Nice hotel but room 531 very noisy

The room was just below the kirchen where they started preparing breakfast from 4 in the morning. There was so much making it unable to sleep after 4.

Location of hotel. Parking close to hotel and for free.

The small TV screen was way too small.

It is very close to the ferry terminal and there are restaurants, shops at a short walking distance. Standard double room was very clean and comfortable.

If you stay on the 5th floor right under the restaurant / kitchen, it will be extremely noisy during evenings. This is the reason for a lower rating.

Very pleassant arrival and welcome at reception. Nice room. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Underground parking is a little worn out.

Breakfas and location was good.Very easy to take the ferry to Sweden.

Bathroom is not good. Not suitable for elderly (old) people.

the hotel's staff, availability, breakfast, room standard and, not least, cheap and easily accessible parking make Jutlandia my choice of hotel in the future.

The location

The double room I thought I had booked was like a single room. Bed was too small for me and my traveling companion.

Good location next to ferry and city. Hotel is clearly renovated but still feels somewhat old and felt overpriced.

Breakfast was good, but staff struggled keeping up with high demand. Balcony was dirty with cigarettes so we could not eat there despite the nice weather.

Its place in the harbour

This was the third stay over a number of years - we are Danish, but live in France - and nothing much seems to have happened; even more old-fashioned than before, shower in the bath (hard for someone who has knee and back problems), no aircon (it was in the upper 20th C), couldn’t keep the bathroom door open etc.And they could have informed us in advance that the dining room was shut because of a private party.k

Super convenient location right near to the Stena terminal. Breakfast was really good too.

Compared to Scandic where I stayed in Gothenburg the night before (for the same price), just felt very overpriced. Bathrooms were dated, bed was very uncomfortable. Sweated in the room all night and didn't sleep well. Whole building desperately in need of a refurbishment for the price.

Breakfast was rather normal. I did not have a pleasant surprise. I had hoped for a Scandinavian breakfast.

I found it quite expensive for what was offered.

Beds were comfortable and room was big

Room didn’t have hot water. Also breakfast didn’t have a lot of choices.

I think fits of all before we move to breakfast, that the room was refurbished and fine but not the bathroom. It was humid if not directly mouldy. At night it was noise from the harbor ( by the way we didn’t book a Sea view” but we’ve got it. Breakfast was fine as it was the view from the top floor.

Standard of the bathroom. And then I would prefer the town view.

Breakfast was ok but without any fresh fruits. Definitely not the best part of the stay. The view from the restaurant was really good.
