Excellent location near shops and restaurants and with free parking. Simple rooms and facilities but clean and tidy.very nice breakfast and the Wi-Fi is excellent.

Located in town, with parking. Pleasant staff. Breakfast looked nice. Lift worked.

Tiny, expensive, cramped room. Didn’t feel like attempting the contortions needed for the shower. Hot with the window closed, too noisy with it open and this wasn’t a heatwave, just pleasant sunny weather. There are rooms that are not on the street side, ask for one of those. Charge for using room early.

The hotel was ideally located walking distance to train station and ferry terminal. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room fairly basic but had everything that I needed . Was perfect place to stay before ferry to Sweden and excellent value for money

Shower a little awkward to use but very effective and made best use of space

The breakfast was varied. There was a diversity of drinks and food. The car park is quite large, but you have to pay extra for it.

There is no restaurant in the hotel, so a kettle in the room would be useful. The small double room I was given was really small, about 7 m2 + bathroom 1.5 m2.

This was my worst experience....

Property is over priced for a so called budget hotel. No wonder it is always available. Facilities is not even considered “Hotel”. No fan, no aircon. As soon as i saw the room, i went straight back down to the reception and told the staff to cancel our stay. I was told she couldnt process that, but i could process it through booking.com. She also told me that it was mentioned in their website and Booking.com listing about the “No Fan” and “No air condition”. I opened the Booking.com app as soon as i was told, and saw i could still cancel it but for a fee of around $2000 Hong Kong Dollars out of the $14,993.94 Hong Kong Dollars so i proceeded understanding that it was for the late cancellation. As soon as i left, i checked their website and Booking.com listing, there was no mention at all about the room not having a fan or air conditioning unit. Its summer and the weather is quite hot!In the end the refund never came. Booking.com sent me an email saying that no compensation could be offered. This was a complete scam. I was charged for the full amount of $14,993.94 Hong Kong dollars for staying 2 minutes in their room looking for a fan and air conditioning unit. If you are going to stay in Frederikshavn, there is a hotel just right across Hotel Frederikshavn that offers better accommodation for a similar price. Place is called Quality Reef Hotel where we stayed instead. Better facility, rooms, and services. And paid for just about the same price and our room had a fan. No wonder this place was almost empty and available all year round. They are just not worth the price.

The location was very good. The rooms were also ok.

We did not get cleaning of the rooms any of the days we stayed at the hotel(5 days). We put the note on the door every day, and still the towels and trash were not taken out or anything else cleaning of the room. The breakfast could also have more options in bread.

I am thankful we were only staying one night, to catch the ferry at 8:45 am the next morning. The room we had was small. Very basic. The shower was literally a shower head in the bathroom with a shower curtain to pull around it. I've seen the same setup in RVs, but not at a hotel.

Comfortable room and great breakfast which started early so was good for our early train. Reception staff were very helpful. Close to the railway station.

Our room faced the main street, so some traffic noise.

Considering this was a cheap 'crash-1-night' hotel, we were extremely surprised by free parking, location and the very good breakfast.

The TV is utter crap - but thats not the point here :)

It was cheap.

On booking, it says that you can check-in in until 23. Then you get a message where it says check-in is until 20. Finally I was there at 19 and it was empty and closed. I don't know if people leave before their shif ends or was the information wrong, but in any case me walking around the hotel with full on hail, trying to find opened doors, since I was convinced that they were supposed to be opened, earns them 1star. If they could get their shit together, I think it's an okay hotel for it's price.

All about this place is great. The rooms are comfortable and bright and the beds are great. The food is great and the staff is really nice.

Nice and clean basic room. Nothing extraordinary but just what you need.
