- Complicated parking with a Swedish app that needed to be installed, and no help from the staff. - It is not possible to open the windows, apart from a miniature one in the bathroom which partly opens. - Room was too hot. - Extremely slow check in procedure. - Hotel information in the room hasto be accessed via a QR code, instead of some simple paperwork. - No direct in house phone line to reception.
