The bed was comfortable, customer service was excellent, breakfast was enjoyable, and the location was convenient.

The room was not clean and had leftover old items. There was no built-in cooling or ventilation system, which made the room extremely hot and uncomfortable—especially challenging with a 4-year-old child. We had to arrange extra table fans, but even then, the heat and lack of airflow made the stay unpleasant.

The size of the rooms and the bathroom was good and there was a desk in the room. The location was very good for our visit. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

The room we were in is in dire need of an update. From the images I can see that some rooms have been updated but it's confusing that you don't know beforehand if you get an updated room or not, and also weird that the non-updated rooms go for the same price as the ones that have been updated since the furniture in our room, was very worn. Stains on seats, ripped wallpaper, scratched furniture and walls etc. and a very outdated tiny TV. The water-pressure in the shower was bad and still water managed to get everywhere because the floor doesn't tilt towards the drain, we are very used to using open showers.There was also no coffee or hot water in the room which I would think is standard in hotels today.Even though the hotel is worn down it was not cheap in relation to general hotel prices in Sweden, we got a way nicer and cheaper room in the center of Stockholm.

Wonderful friendly, helpful staff, happy to book taxis or help with local knowledge. Was staying for a wedding nearby and it was the perfect base. Couldn't believe how close the hotel was to the platform, literally saw it as soon as the train doors opened.The breakfast is fantastic and has a huge variety of options.

Room was a bit pokey in terms of decoration but really not a complaint.

The room was so cold during my stay that at last night of my stay I unfortunately ultimately caught the flu, and I am still suffering from it during my trip. I asked the reception to at least turn off the ventilation in my room, but they said it was impossible! However, I should appreciate Alx for his valuable supports.

We like*d the old architecture and very solid building in the center. Also the very friendly staff and specialy the breakfast team - we had to move our car and it caused us the time problem to reach for the breakfast, but they were very accommodating. When we reached to our breakfast, what was very delicious, there were waiting us nicely served special straberrys on our table. It was very special careing - thank you? It made the day :-)

It was nice that the parking lot was*nt so far, but It would be nice to pay for this in the hotel if you are not the local person. It helping a lot, because there is no english explanations and you have to install app and so on.

we went for leisure and to relax and felt so cramped and claustrophobic. there was hardly any place to walk, not enough place / shelves to store.

it is very outdated hotel. outdated by all means. entering after entrance door closes 10pm not possible with room card. have to ring the bell and wait for staff to open. old carpets, outdated rooms, beds not comfortable, noise coming from ac/heating units outside. definitely not worth the cost.

It's not that the rooms are bad, they are just very dated. In dire need of a renovation. Also the plumbing needs updating. There was a bad sewage smell throughout the hallway and in the bathroom. Especially if you run water, which one kind of tends to do in a bathroom.. Also the heating wasn't regulated properly. Even on lowest setting the room was way too hot during the night. Had to sleep with both windows open.

Extra bed for the kid was arranged. Central location. Everything accessible at walking distance.

Very humble breakfast, when things are out of the buffet they take ages to refill if ever.Looks great from the outside but the rooms are a bit old with humble furniture.Overpriced. Too little value for the money. Lived in many other Scandic hotels and this is one of the worse yet very expensive in comparison No parking during the day, only parking on the street between 8pm-10am

Small lounge, no good parking, not so good breakfast

The hotel is centrally placed in Skövde and just 2 minutes from the town centre. The staff are always very polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, modern and comfrtable.

Description was more elegant than it actually was. Nothing much to recommend the town as a tourist.

Way too expensive compared to other better hotels in larger cities. Room wasn't that nice, view of dumpsters.
