Breakfast was amazin, staff was caring. The room was very cold but I told reception and they provided me with a heater as apparently most of the guest complain about high temperature of the room, but after that we were really good.The bed is confortable and everything was clean

The breakfast was good. Fresh baked bread and a lot of options.

The dinner in the restaurant was sad. I had a mexican tapas plate and it had a burnt quesadilla, undercooked corn on the cob and a ceviche that was tasteless and made with cooked fish.

Good hotel, but no air conditioning system, surprisingly. We had to open the windows completely to get some fresh air in the room. The hotel is placed next to highway with high trailers traffic, so it was very noisy and disturbing during the night. The fire alarm turned on early in the morning. The personal didn't come with any info about the situation to the guests

The heating ! It was at maximum when we arrived, we closed it down and opened the window but didn’t manage to bring down the temperature. So it was very hot and uncomfortable during the night

The type of toilet paper is the only criticism!

Very nice food in restaurant and very nice breakfast included. I can highly recommend the food. The room was also large and bright with clean modern furnishings.

Breakfast spoiled by poor hygiene.

The food at breakfast was uncovered and had flies on it. When I put a spoon in the jar of sultanas a cloud of small flies flew out. The room were noisy from the major road outside.

Electric car charging was a bit expensive at 3.5kr/kwh but great thing the possibility to charge exists regardless!

The room was nice and clean. We also found a very good restaurant service. Check-in and chek-out times are very flexible.At our arrival in the room we found some food for the dog.

Breakfast was good, the staff were quite nice...the room is very spacious compared to most hotel rooms visited in Sweden. Complimentary tea&coffee is a good touch.Good to see the room has TV since this was missed in the available electronics listed on the hotel description.

The internet did not seem to seamlessly work and didn't bother to complain since we were just in for a night.Nude wall paintings, not pleasant to have around my kids.

Ok, but not great.

Restaurant staff were not very engaged. No one asked if the food was ok. It was ”ok” but nothing more. Didn’t really match the price. The children were uncomfortable with all of the naked art. Although we explained that there is nothing strange about the naked body, they validly commented that you don’t need to see it whilst eating dinner.

the hotel is modern clean and food was good, staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfy.

Because of renovation, the breakfast was served in an art gallery, and I absolutely loved that. It's hard to imagine that this monolith near the highway is a place of art, yet it is - and I hope that guests will continue to get access to art for breakfast, also after the renovation.

The rooms did not have hair conditioner, which could be expected for this kind of hotel level. When I went to the lobby to ask for hair conditioner, I was told that my only option was to buy it - for 15 Euro! I was already paying quite a lot for the room, and was shocked at the price of the service that is usually for free in this kind of places. The receptionist did not want to discuss this, and did no attempts to solve the situation, so I haad to pay up. It's not really the level of service I expected.The reception is hard to reach by phone or mail, I had to call and wait several times to make contact to answer questions before check-in.After leaving, I realised that I forgot some stuff. They never contacted me about it (which is usually spontaneously done by Housekeeping), so I had to contact them myself. They said that they'd get back to me but never did. I had to phone myself, once again.

Only arrived for breakfast at 09.05 so little time for this!

My table (for my pc) was dirty - I cleaned it up myself - I informed the Reception that it was dirty when I arrived.

Surprisingly good hotel concerning the location outside a small city like Skara. Nice restaurant with good quality and reasonable pricing. Over average breakfast with a vide variety of food. Convenient location very close to E20. The collection of Anders Zorn paintings was breathtaking.
