Decent facilities and clean and nice

Have stayed here twice now and it is the last time. Every Friday and Saturday night it is a horrible mess with teenagers cruising in their moped cars blasting music from 20:00 to 05:00 non-stop.If you actually plan on sleeping in the hotel, you should find somewhere else. I am not exaggerating. On our second stay, some drunk moron started screaming at the top of their lungs at 03:30 - we thought he was actually hurt or dying until 5 other people joined him in a drunken screaming contest.Nothing done about it - I guess the police have better things to do in these parts of Sweden.

The breakfast selection was awesome, but I would like my scrabbled eggs done harder. The location was excellent, convenient to several local eateries and town square.

The laundry service was very expensive. Maybe have washers and dryers on site.

Plesant stuff

Bed was with some sponge and had a filling I will fell from the bed whole night. Shower floor tiles were not clean.

The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing.

No USB adapters to charge devices. Does the front desk have adapters to lend?

Good location in the city center, very pelasant staff an a nice resturant.

Location is very good , and staff is very cooperative and Helpful , Value for Money , Cleanliness is properly maintained

Unfortunately there was much traffic and difficult to get/drive to the hotel. American cruising function on in the street outside so very noisy. Guess that’s not the hotel’s responsibility

Location , beds were ok.

Window could not open. Rooms were not cleaned every day

I was in the winter, no smoking room in the hotel. I had to go out in the cold but everything else was excellent

My husband forgot a bag with very important documents. Hotel staff sent it free of charge. Excellent job!

Good location and room with all basic amenities.

Poor service. Breakfast was limited in terms of selection and quality, tablecloths were not cleaned or changed and the area was dark.

Friendly staff and very convenient location in the middle of the city centre. Parking in near by garage was £5 a night. Breakfast was ok and room was very spacious. Bar in the hotel was open to 12pm and plenty of places to eat around the hotel.

The atmosphere and cleanliness of the hotel were good. I would have liked to be more social if other guests would have been around. I guess it was very "off-season" while I was there, so it is understandable.

The lighting in the hotel was quite dark. My room was actually in the basement of the hotel, even though the hotel was not very busy. I felt as if I was on a ship near the engine... I should have asked to have been moved to a better room.

The size of the room, the bed, the location

Bad smell from the bathroom (the sewer?). The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment: the scrambled eggs were not hot and seemed to have been out for too long, the same for the bacon and the pancakes.

The History, the food quality was Outstanding. Staff was Great
