Fabulous hotel with great setup of lounge/ bar area and those extra treats of afternoon tea, hot drinks available at all times and dinner included. Room was nice and staff friendly. Breakfast was a great array of choices and dinner was fairly simple but with some lovely side dishes adding to it. Location is a bit out from the centre but we wanted this (10 mins walk max from the rail station). Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable.

Nice, cozy and clean rooms. We travelled as a family and the family room had plenty of space for 4 people. Great breakfast and dinner (our kids loved the pancakes for breakfast). We travelled by car and could charge our EV in the basement with the "pair recharge" app (which worked fine).

The staff was great and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Due to some car problems, we arrived very late however they were very responsive to messages and kept some food for us when we finally arrived, that was really a thoughtful gesture.

I loved our room and all the other rooms in the hotel . Warm and cozy atmosphere. I also loved the colors and the furniture. The staff was very friendly and positive

It took a long time for the water to turn warm in the bathroom.The dinner was ok, ...the fish was not that great.

Didn’t have any hot water so I had to shower in cold water the two days I stayed…

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a highlight—plenty of options including warm dishes and cold cuts, all fresh and delicious. Their daily fika at 3:00 pm (coffee and cake) was a charming touch that made our afternoons even more enjoyable. If you opt to pay extra for dinner, you won’t be disappointed—the buffet was generous and absolutely delicious.

One small issue: there was a raised step between the room and the bathroom that wasn’t easy to spot, especially since the room was quite dark. A red or yellow stripe to make it more visible would be a helpful safety improvement.

The hotel is absolutely cosy and the staff are exceptionally helpful and attentive to all our queries and accommodation needs. We experienced a really warm welcome on our arrival and equally throughout our stay we were in great care with the many services offered such as complimentary afternoon coffee, tea and cakes. The hotel restaurant cooks incredibly well, all the meals for dinner and breakfast were an inspired experience full of flavour and tasted like home made. It was a refreshing stay in a hotel of the standard that every guest would hope for.

Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Meals (we had dinner and breakfast) were great and delicious. Kind staff, especially Thomas. And located near train station. Wonderful.

The breakfast and dinner which were included were very good. They both had a wide selection of choices and were open for reasonable times.

We had spacious rooms with nice soap and lotion (Rituals). We stayed in a remodeled air conditioned section, and it was worth the extra fee because it was hot outside. Breakfast was very good. Excellent coffee available during the day. Staff very pleasant. Thank you

The underground parking could use some cleaning. There is construction outside so it was hard to find the entrance.

Receptionist was so kind, helpful and smiling..Since I am veg and my wife does'nt eat meat of cow, ox, lamb and pork; the receptionist made sure that we get something good for dinner..so we got special pasta and falafal...we really liked the service and the way the hotel Staff made special efforts for our dinner.

parking should have been free and dessert after dinner would have given an extra + +
