Scandic Opus Horsens

Great facility. I would recommend a room with a balcony view - it's so serene. The breakfast was great, too. Free, easy parking.

The breakfast was terrific. Great options - huge selection, nice room and seamless flow.

For a 4-star hotel at the high price point, there should be tissue boxes in the room, and washcloths. They had no tissues anywhere in the hotel room. We were also quite hot and sweaty.

I could not check in earlier. I waited nearly 6 hours at the lobby, had to pay extra fee for a coffee. I jad to pay for tap water at the dinner, which came out illegal according to danish law. All in all very bad experience and I will never ever use Scandic again. I am travelling a lot, also in Nordic countries, but Scandic failed completely

Auto EV charging app was not convenient. Hotel should coordinate the use of the EV charging direct to room or some other easier way to charge. I was not able to down load the app and was not able to charge the car.

The room was very nice. Very good selection for breakfast.

Restaurant didn't have much choice on the menu. Kids menu had more choice and reasonable sized portions as well.

Nice place for a stay on the road. Great breakfast and comfy beds.

The hotel is in a good location, free parking is a good thing. The staff is very friendly.

The beds are a disaster, we slept through one night, for the next 2-3 days my back hurt from the bed. Breakfast could be better everything was minimalistic. even the way it was served was below average and the hotel has 4 stars.

Good rooms, nice stuff. Very liked free cocktails for children, free parking, sauna and fitness. Very good breakfast.

Sofa for children wasn’t very comfortable.

Nice area for walking the dog right next to the hotel. Parking house so the dog can stay in the car during breakfast.
