Pros +
- The neighborhood, Recoleta, is very good and the hotel's location was quiet. The staff were very nice. The building is old and minimally updated. The staff gave me a discount because of no AC and was not difficult when I decided to change hotels.
Cons -
- Unfortunately, the hotel was in the middle of installing new air conditioning equipment. The old equipment had been removed and the new equipment was not functioning. So, I had an interior room with no air during the hottest week of the year.

The neighborhood, Recoleta, is very good and the hotel's location was quiet. The staff were very nice. The building is old and minimally updated. The staff gave me a discount because of no AC and was not difficult when I decided to change hotels.
