- Great location within easy walking distance of sites, great restaurants, a mall, bus tours, and fantastic Tango shows. The staff are always pleasant and informative. The hotel is beautifully decorated.
- We enjoyed our experience but we were in late and out early, unable to enjoy many of the fine amenities of the hotel.
Cons -
- The bathtub was kind of leaking water when release the pulg and plumbing does not maintenance well. There was a stone cracked for maintenance signs many time in the past. Also they charge in-room coffee machine which most of hotels are free in worldwide.

Location offers easy access from Recoleta all the way to Puerto Madero. Alvear Art is clean and safe and beautiful. Hotel staff, from at the door, to in the restaurant made me feel like family.
