It's one of a few Soviet-period pieces you'll still find out there. It's also easy walking distance from the train and bus stations.

Cons -

There was almost no heat; staff was wearing winter coats inside. There was only one of four working lifts. The bed was uncomfortable and the bed sheet became untucked with my first rotation. Staff members tried to come in my room with a key after midnight
