- The only good thing is the location.
Cons -
- Its hard to describe all the issues in one review, to be honest. Rest assured, politeness does not exist here. Any question or request will be met with defensiveness, attacks, or manipulation, even if youre simply asking for clarification and not being confrontational. If you arrive early and want to charge your phone or rest a bit after a long journey in the reception area, youll quickly find that youre not allowed on the property before check-in time unless you pay an additional 100. If you refuse, they will open the door and ask you to leave. On top of that, they will communicate rudely, and if you ask them to be more polite, theyll blame you and tell you its not a hotel. If youre a Ukrainian speaker, theyll ignore your right to be served in Ukrainian, claiming theyre from Moldova or something similar, which is, of course, against the law.
