Great staff. Great location. Great room. Great breakfast. Great wi-fi. Small, yet modern and elegant. No complaints whatsoever.

Bright and stylish hotel in a good location.

At night the front doors are locked with a key. If there is a problem, and the night staff are incapacitated, then there is no escape at the front of the building.

Modern stylish hotel, very comfortable. Short walk to Deribaskivskya.

Super clean room! Parking lot in front of hotel. Spacious green rooms. Very clean! Maybe one of the best hotels in Odesa in my opinion. In center of the city, but quiet. I will be back here for sure!

The hotel was simple, but had everything you needed and was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room even had a large bottle of drinking water; which I liked very much

The staff are so wonderful and it’s clean and comfortable - considering they work in Odesa during wartime it is absolutely five star - bonus for the generator, fridge and kettle in the room too!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, keep you update with everything. Shelter, generator, balcony, breakfast, in the city center, parking, good internet connection, night security. Second time I stay here, I will be back for the third time for sure. ?

Perfect location on a quiet street near the city center, a parking place was available as well. The hotel looks new and modern, it is nicely decorated and very clean. The stuff is friendly and helpful. Bathrobes were nice to have

I had booked a twin room with a balcony, but on arrival it was not available, and we were given a smaller room without a balcony and a view. The room itself is tiny, the bathroom is quite big indeed.

Very friendly stuff, clean room, comfortable beds, big bathroom with two sinks, two windows in the rooms, generator, shelter, ac climate control.

Unfortunately rooms for three don’t have any view or balconies.

Excellent location, 10 minutes walk to Deribasovskaya. Friendly and helpful staff. During this time, it is very important that the hotel has its own shelter, and it is, you don’t need to go outside the hotel.

The water in the shower very bad drain

The room was cozy, and impressively soundproof, ensuring a peaceful night’s rest. Having a balcony added a nice touch to our stay.The breakfast, though limited in variety, was tasty and provided a decent start to our day.

Unfortunately, there was an issue with ants in the room, possibly coming from the balcony.Breakfast options are limited, for those who allergic to avocado and prefer savoury dishes.Despite some drawbacks, our stay was comfortable overall.

I paid for a premium room and the furniture was worn off and way worse than in standard room I stayed previously.The safe was not working, the bed was very squeaky and the armchair was dirty and shamelessly old.I like this hotel generally because it's modern and doesn't have a soviet era vibe, it's not my first stay here, but it's not worth it's money today, old and damaged jysk/ikea furniture doesn't explain why the hotel charges as premium.

The staff is super nice and polite, friendly and ready to help. But the room doesn't have a hairdryer...and they said they don't have it. This is very strange. Also, there's no kettle in the room. You can only get the tea until 8 PM at the bar. Rooms are clean but honestly, pretty cheaply made. The shower was leaking so the the floor was all wet. There's no liquid soap for hands. Well...I think it's worth the money, but be ready that it's not super duper comfy, just regularly well.

The staff was extremely helpful. The helped me buy flowers in the room and champagne for 8 th of March. It was one of the few hotels which didn't have problems with our dog. Further the hotel is nicely placed just a few hundred meters from city center with nice restaurants in the neighborhood.

Light, heating and internet all the time. Clean room.

The shower is damp, the hood was not working well, the towel dryer was not working.

breakfast just only two or three different sandwiches from the warm bakery and coffee tasteful but sober. Breakfast and quality room is important aspects what makes me come back.
