Location

The bathroom smells. The matress is very soft. The room is kinda dark and not well ventilated. There is a small window. The breakfast is not worth. There was just one kind of jam ( raspberry ) and one kind of cheese. Not good for 4 star hotel. The price is too high for these standards.

The rooms are always well cleaned, and very comfortable. The bed, pillows and linen are good quality. Noise levels are low in city facing rooms which I always ask for. There are good restaurants onsite, and many more a short walk away. A major shopping center is right next door. I find the staff very helpful during my visits. Internet on the upper floors was ok.

There are only 2 elevators, so when one is being used by housekeeping you might have a lengthy wait. TV has no english channels at all, and I am sure they did during past visits to Ukraine

To noisy radiator for heating the room . The water flow creating some crazy noise during the night . Couldn’t sleep well !!

They started the renovation in front of the room door early in the morning without thinking that you were sleeping. impossible to leave the room because of the material they put unbelievable amateurishness for a hotel of this quality I had to change the hotel I stayed almost every 2 weeks.

Location, staff, cleanness.

Despite the hotel presents itself as a 4-star hotel, the noise isolation is a disaster. The door itself is pretty thin and has a 3 cm gap under it, so we were awake the whole night while somebody walked in the corridor. The cherry on the top was the hotel maid that started vacuum cleaning near the door to our room early morning. This made our stay feel like we were living in a hostel.

Nice helpful in staff .. situated on the Gagarinn plaza so you can get to shops easily .. good restaurant

The room facilities were very basic .. the shower didn't work very well and the water kept changing from got to cold frequently..

personal was very very friendly, food excellent, everything was better than expected.

The location was great and the staff was easy to communicate with.

There are certain guest that passerby that made the atmosphere uncomfortable.

Not my first stay here, always satisfied. Free parking with a lot of spots was a huge plus for me

We stayed on the 8th floor, the cigarette smoke from the casino was really bad.

Loud music from outside concert at night, also loud music in restaurant as if it were a disco and not restaurant

The hotel is directly at Arcadia and located next to a shopping center.Wifi, Free Water every day, service, ba, room for ironing.Guest-friendly hotel.Can recommend it to everyone.

not newest and best quality (for example bath) at least in my room.shower water switched slightly from hot to cold and back.thin walls, you can hear the neighbors sometimes.

The hotel has poor facilities, rooms are dated. But this is an hotel in the middle of the party area of Odesa, so it is noisy, with flashing lights outside. Air Conditioning doesnt work at all well, too noisy to sleep with windows open.

Location is close to Arcadia entertainment area and mall and a 7 min walk to the beach. The staff especially concierge were super helpfully with and the cleaning staff very efficient. The room was light, simple, functional and airy. many restaurants near by and an easy drive to the city centre.

Internet was poor, shower leaked water on to the floor and the bathroom a little small.

Perfect location. Good service.

You will never catch the elevator “always full”. The club music is too loud you can’t sleep.
