Pros +
- Other than a very faint background of mildew & that it's actually a basement flat not Gnd floor, is a good deal. Clean : every thing works well [especially the washing machine] : ideal location : manager is easy to deal with. Turned out 2be a good deal.
Cons -
- For me it is a tiny bit street noisy but tollerable. After 11 till 6a.m. ish is as quiet as a church yard.
