Good breakfast and helpful staff.

Previously I stayed in this hotel about 10 years ago - it was a pretty new hotel with modern rooms and furniture. Today it should be renovated.The main light in the room didn’t work.

Nice place, good parking inside the yard, very good breakfast, nice clean room. Staff is professional and speaks good English.

Restaurant staff not very attentive.

Very nice rooms as always, quiet and good windows to get light in. Also good curtains to keep it dark when sleeping. Very good shower and toilet. Bed could be a little bit more softer but that is just my opinion. Excellent parking outside. Easy access to hotel also. Very nice good English speaking staff also.

The breakfast could be better. Missing müsli and nuts in the morning. There were yoghurt but nothing other than it...

Everything is fine with this hotel, the only problem was breakfast, not enough food on the tables , we have to ask for bread or vegetables but they said just sorry, it is finished, we were in the breakfast room around 8:30 . They start from 8:00 till 11:00. We're surprised by such a bad quality of products in this high standard and nominated hotel .

After eventually getting into the hotel it was comfortable enough.

I specifically informed the hotel I would arrive after midnight and required the reception to let me in. I also said that the time would vary as I was bringing humanitarian aid to Ukraine and would likely get delayed in customs. I arrived at 03:30 and the entrance gate to the car park was closed. I rang all the numbers listed. No one answered and I had to climb a 10ft gate to get to reception. I eventually got in and parked the truck. I was lucky I was able to climb the gate, but this was really unacceptable!

Location and clean room.

Seems it requires renovation, leaking shower cabin, here and there small and not so small issues. Quality of food for breakfast for Ukraine is poor, cold pasta, leftovers of vegetables on the plates, small amount of cheese and ham, even no regular yogurt, flakes etc…

Very clean, bathroom is super and bed was very comfortable.

Almost empty due to the war. Staff very attentive and keen to engage and ensure your stay is a good one Food was top notch tooPermitted to leave my motorcycle in view if reception- so vey happy with security

Food and service during the dinner on the terrace were excellent. Room had an unpleasant smell- had to open windows. Overall it was a good stay.

The hotel was fine, but we had an issue with our dog. The hotel advertised as pet-friendly, but there was an additional charge for having a pet.

We booked a Comfort room, but initially, they asked us to move to a Standard room on the first floor. After some discussion, they agreed to let us stay in the Comfort room on the third floor. After a long drive, the wait to resolve this was quite frustrating.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great room with comfortable beds. Fast check-in and check-out. Hotel has own parking for guests. Also you can have breakfast from 7 am and take away option is also available. We enjoyed our stay.

Old mini fridge in a room, Couldn't cool quickly

There are better places to stay on my route. Not planning to stay at this facility any more.

Breakfast Buffet was not kept stocked. At 08.00 many things were already out, and the staff did not keep restocking.

Great hotel if you are driving as they have a large secure carpark. Lovely staff and clean large rooms.

Good location to travel further by car. Parking space. Not too loud. Not far from the city.

Member of staff in the bar who was very rude. Respect to the hotel manager for sorting out the issue and went over and above to help.

24h reception, friendly staff, perfect location for overnighting on your way east. Not our first stay, and definitely not the last.

Possibility to stay with a dog. Super friendly staff. Nice rooms and territory of the hotel.

Nothing, all was good

Very hospitable and friendly front desk manager, free and secured parking, good location if you don’t want to go to center of Lviv, comfortable and clean room, restroom disinfection, bomb shelter, nice breakfast.

Not much to do near, good for sleeping only and be ready to drive somewhere else for entertainment. I think the price should be around 10% lower.
