There were no towels, though they are listed in facilities, staff said they will be at the 9 in the morning the day I had to leave, and I had to leave earlier than 9am. Also, at the morning shower was closed when I needed it, and I had to wait, so I was late for my appointment

The place was kept very clean. Some of the staff could speak basic English. The coffee shop had very friendly staff, their food and coffee was great!

I had to go help foreign volunteers drive cars to soldiers in Kyiv over the weekend so had to cancel my the last couple days of my paid booking. They would not refund me and said it's not their problem i want to cancel. I paid and booked for almost 2 weeks but spent only half that time there as most of the places and people were in city center a couple KM away. All the toilets available were "temporarily closed" for half a week which was unbelievable and unbearable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the capsule hotel. The washroom facilities were excellent, the room was impeccably clean, and the staff provided exceptional service. Furthermore, the hotel's location is highly advantageous, with numerous cafes and restaurants in the vicinity, as well as a conveniently located Silpo supermarket.

The capsule layout was quite elevated, requiring a significant step to enter. Unfortunately, our capsule was on the very top. A second issue was the absence of lights on the stairs at night, making descent quite challenging. Therefore, when booking a capsule, please clarify with the staff whether the capsules are on the lower or upper side.

Feels very private, plenty of showers and it’s clean.

Lockers outside room inconvenient

The beds are comfortable, pretty spacious for a capsule bed. The common areas are nice as well. Pretty thoughtful that they have slippers they give you when you check in.

The shower rooms were dirty, water was everywhere and the vent wasn’t working properly so it was hard to breathe in there. There is no area separate sink area, so you are supposed to always go to toilet or shower rooms to even brush your teeth or do your makeup. Super inconvenient.

It's my third stay at this hostel. And I am satisfied as previous. Really comfortable place and nice people. Also I like infrastructure near by: cafe, restaurants, grocery stores.

The staff is amazing, truly, all of them, very friendly & ready to help out with any foreseeable or unforeseeable issues.

The internet could be better on those days when there's no obvious aftermath of shellings having damaged the infrastructure. I've stayed at the hotel multiple times, so it's a general observation. I even had to rent out co-working spaces nearby for the needs that could've otherwise been satisfied purely on the territory of the hotel as they have nice seating areas suitable for work on your computer downstairs near the kitchen & upstairs near the cafe.

This place is "totally cool" ? In a word, "tranquility" - my go-to place.As an oftentimes weary traveler, it's so great to be received by kind/friendly people and find everything to be nicely provided late at night. The mattress is ☆☆☆☆☆.P.S. - great location for bus/train station connections.

The little Cafe upstairs. The possibility for laundering your clothes. And a little kitchen for the most necessities.

The mattress wasn’t very comfortable. My was to thin to lay and sleep comfortably. It did the job. But longer than for 2 nights, for my taste, i can’t recommend.

I stayed in a double capsule and I had more than enough room, I am a large male and would’ve been fine in a single The staff were very friendly and helpfulIt was quiet The bed was comfy And there was a very friendly atmosphere around the place Only negative would be only 3 toilets so at peak times could be busy, but that’s the same at any hostel based hotel

Great hostel, quite location but still close enough to all amenities and a short walk to the city centre. Love the capsules and the privacy they give, just a shame some other guests don’t respect the quiet zones! A fantastic place to stay ?

Always a great place for the price, always fun space themed atmosphere but not rowdy or party-like, which is nice. The quality of the food from the restaurant was surprisingly good, even the chef, as remarked by my girlfriend, was small and cute.

There's no soundproofing, really terrible, especially if you have some degenerate gay couple in the pod above you. Woman's shower room only has one sink and the hair dryer was broken. Locker in the main room but would be nice to lock the pod or room at least.

It was nice and modern place plus aesthetic was so good it matched all the astronomical theme.

I got lost looking for the hostel because it’s quite inside and between the residential areas.

It is located in the city center, everything is very tidy and clean. I thought it was an excellent service, and the best thing is that it is very quiet so I can sleep and rest. Thank you very much.

In general, it's very cheap, not far from the centre of the city ,there are all the necessary facilities

There is no Internet connectivity, and WiFi is not strong enough

The breakfast was excellent, the location was fine, the staff were fantastically helpful and very friendly, the hostel itself was spotless, the bathroom and shower facilities were equally so, and it was the best hostel I've ever stayed in without a doubt.

Nothing springs to mind, it was superb.

It was absolutaly good experience. Lockers, clean, location, crickets, price and what is the most important - you could have your own personal comfort zone which is not the biggest hostels issue. After booking a couple of hostels in my life, this was definitely one of the best experiences.
