Fancy, glamorous, territory is big and beautiful. SPA is adorable and very big.

Very very high prices for medium quality food at restaurants.

Great hotel, wonderful spa, good location.

But the hotel should think about options for entertaining children. Children run everywhere and no one controls them. It's hard to sit in a bar and enjoy the silence when there are children running around and screaming.

Location, style, comfort, good food, spa - the best I’ve ever seen/been to

The room was nice, very good facilities. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in my life.Although, I wouldn’t say it’s great value for money. The SPA zone is very limited, outside pool is too small and hot for some reason (in summer). 3 saunas were closed, which was weird. The restaurants are obviously overpriced.

SPA complex is just superb. First time in my experience that pools have very comfortable water temperature. Outdoor Jacuzzi is great even when it's raining Overall atmosphere in the resort is really relaxing and inspiring

Ideal location: not far away from the city, quite, moderate mountains, great lake, amazing facilities (pools, medical center, restaurants, beach, etc.). Restaurants very tasty, amazing choice for breakfast.

Nothing to mention

That place is magical, I loved everything( their staff is kind all speak English) the rooms are very clean, they took care of the territory all time and the greens made it feel more like a meditating resort. The SPA has all types of sauna and big swimming pools. Totally recommend this resort if you wanna have a good relaxing weekend

Everything clocks out early at 11pm, got no nightclubs or a place to chill at night like a lounge or after midnight restaurant. Also their medical center works until 5 pm which was unbelievable

The hotel is really good, high level interior and comfort. Food in several of the restaurants are amazing and fair priced. Only the Asia restaurant was not so good. Huge gym, very good spa.

At check-in we were met by a guy who was very arrogant. We are asked basic questions, were happy and smiling, but his attitude from the beginning was not pleasant, it felt like he had something against foreigners (I have experienced this before in Ukraine but was surprised to see this attitude at a hotel).

Breakfast is awesome. Wide variety of dishes and ingredients.

Very beautiful place and has a good service

Very convenient location - 10 minutes by car to the center of Lviv. The hotel has friendly staff and friendly managers. The room is very clean. The room had a huge terrace, probably the size of the room itself, with a great view of the lake. We were in April, when the air temperature was not conducive to water activities. So we visited the SPA, where, in addition to numerous types of baths, steam rooms, saunas, relaxation rooms, there are several indoor pools - 1 for newborns, 1 for children, 2 large pools with a depth of 1.2 meters each - the temperature is warm and pleasant for swimming. As for food - there are several fine dining restaurants on site - we really liked the Terra restaurant and the Silence restaurant, which is located on the hill. The hotel offers very tasty breakfasts - a buffet with a huge selection of dishes. A large well-kept territory is surrounded by a forest, there is a small zoo. It's nice to walk by the lake. In winter, there is an ice skating rink and a ski lift.

Good restaurants and great food! A lot of facilities ! Big complex and lots to do for adult and kids !

Rooms too small ! We stayed in family room and it is only 31 m2, not enough to feel comfortable! In rooms no coffee machine, and for family for sure need bathtub, because of the kids ! As well in winter parking is not very good on the heel !

I was a little worried about this place because of the Google reviews. But, fortunately, everything was incredible. For sure, I'll visit this place again

the single negative moment was a rude barman. I've visited the bar a couple of times and every time the barman was a kind of rude

My third time staying at this resort, I enjoyed everything.

Children swimming in adult pool. I wish there was some control over this since there are 2 additional pools for children.

Even though it was fully booked out there is still space for everyone . Lots of activities to do . Huge spaces everywhere . Tasty restaurants. Very good service ?

Nothing really

Awesome SPA. Amazing Breakfast with different options, comfy Rooms, nice territory. Overall it is one of the most expensive places to stay in Ukraine but it definitely worth the price.

The only thing, that upset me is that we travelled via electric car and the parking slot near hotel with charging station was occupied by fuel cars.

Spa and design was great. Also beautiful view on the lake.

Soundproofing was bad. Could even hear the neighbors talking at night. Food was all right but not delicious

Great facilities, quality of food and service

Noise from the construction of a new hotel building. Very noisy doors and rooms situated closely to each other. The management does not enforce the quietness policy - you need to decide if you are a family hotel or a hotelfor young people to drink till the morning and shout songs on their balconies. I have not seen a single security guard doing rounds during the night sleep hours!
