- Definitely location. The hotel was very close to the city center and yet away from noise from traffic and the best part it was next to a lake and lots of trees.
Cons -
- The reception staff was very nice and helping. However the restaurant staffing has no courtesy or customer service training. They never smile, not even to local people. They look like they don't like their job. For 6 days I did not leave any tip.

The reception staff was very nice and helping. However the restaurant staffing has no courtesy or customer service training. They never smile, not even to local people. They look like they don't like their job. For 6 days I did not leave any tip.
