Cherkasy Palace

Whirlpool batch, and location!

Everything liked

The breakfast was good . Bed was comfy

Internet reception was very bad . They need to work on it

Good and comfortable place with good view and good restaurant. Breakfast included to price. A lot of places for parking.

Place is not too far, but is not to close to city center.

We were served breakfast earlier than they usually serve it, as we asked to have it at 6:45. Their breakfasts are tasty and pretty big.The place was clean and the staff was friendly.

The food for lunch we ordered was not that good. I did not the Caesar salad as it differed from the original versions of it. But their prices are okay.

helpful front desk

Bulbs in light fixtures dim. Barely can see in bathroom

Location! Room bed

Price

Parking owned by hotel, location, room size and presence of all needed things. Very good personnel, always ready to help. There were no kettle by default but it was provided in 5 mins. Very quiet place and really close to shops and other interesting places.

Breakfast, so poor choice, noodles, rice, sausage, meat. Put all together and shake. Thats all.Room cleanup, starts after lunch (maybe my own case, dunno). I was there with little kids, they fall asleep after lunch, so, no cleanup were made at all.

Value

Construction on front steps. Noisy neighbors, but they quieted down before my patience ran out. Just a little uncomfortable.

Upgraded to larger room, nice, had jacuzzi....quiet

Going from 5th floor to 6th floor at night dark, The elevator only went and stopped at 5th floor., no lights, for steps, a safety hazard, told staff about it.

Clean rooms, nice stuff. Nothing fancy but OK for Cherkassy.

Bad breakfast.

Passable

Room is bad qualityPoor light, cold, old tvSwedish breakfast was average, some dishes were coldOverpriced

Good breakfast, very good buffet.. Very friendly and well located.

It was the period of the coronavirus pandemic, I felt safe.

I would choose a different place.

Staff.

Good

Very old TV not even flat.

It is a very good hotel. I recommend it.

It hasn't an elevator to the 6th floor.

Elevator was out of order., bathroom shower poor condition.
