Absoloutley disgusted with the rooms.The Heaters didn't work at all The TV's didn't work properly, Beds were damp and the rooms smelt damp. We were left with no option but to return the keys and return home therefore having to travel to our meetings daily

The bed was really comfortable and the room got warm really fast so good with a toddler.Good location on the A46, it's near everything we needed and close to family members.Good value for money.

The bathroom ceiling was mouldy and the paint was cracking.

Convenient for Leicester and Loughborough.

There was no parking available on Saturday night as no dedicated parking for hotel as a separate restaurant next door, was unable to parkin a space from 7-11pm. WiFi was hit and miss website advertised as high speed, had no signal for atleast 2 hours.

Comfy bed and plenty of room space. Staff were amazing- topping up supplies anything we needed.

Location us was fine. Bed was comfy and it was clean.

This is a run down budget hotel and was all we could afford for an unplanned trip. Paint coming off all doors, dents in walls and dated bathrooms. However lots of room for our two dogs, which is why we had to book.

Although on a busy main road the room we were at the back which was very quiet.The huge plus was the brillant indian resturant next door !!!

Very bad experience, couldn't sleep whole night cause of the noise from the toilet and next room. There is no reception so we couldn't sort it out. When we explained the situation to the receptionist in the morning no help at all just gave me a card to sort it out for refund. Never will stay again

Good location for Loughborough.

It was so dirty! Not been hoovered properly for a long time. Dust and dirt along skirting boards and under beds. Dust under desk and in floor area of wardrobes. Bathrooms really dated and not clean. Stained toilet.

It was dirty. There were stains everywhere in the room. The bed didn’t look like it was freshly made. The front door is left open and there is no security. There were people setting off fireworks till 1.30 in the morning. The windows are not good enough quality to block out the sound of lorries hurtling past at 70mph all through the night

Everything else. We have never been in such a dirty room, mould on the ceiling in the bathroom and all around the bath, damaged walls, dirty toilet, filthy bathroom door, handles dirty etc etc etc

Not very clean at all. My daughter found a roll of toilet roll under her bed. There was used tissues and rubbish under the double bed. Just wasn’t very clean at all

It was convenient, good sized room, relatively good value for money

Few hairs in the bed, shower was only shoulder height, no bath mat, mattress was sunken, only provided 1 pillow each

There was white stains all over couch look like someone had alot of hand fun on there

Hi, if you wanted a weekend away with your wife, then I’d probably give this a miss, however as a stay over it was absolutely fine. Nice clean , if I’m honest a small smell of damp in some areas, but not in my room The staff were great. There is an Indian restaurant next door. So if like me your into Indian food please believe me your in for a treat. I’ll be back.

Ok, it’s not 5 star, But it’s great for a £50 stop over. So nothing not to like

Parking and access very easy plenty of it Rooms are large plenty of space and the staff were extremely helpful in assisting us!!

The pillows where like rocks The noise of the main road is so loud (I know can’t be helped!!) There was disgusting state of bedding and shower curtain with bogies wiped on the shower curtain obviously not cleaned at all Stains on the sheets and the sofa covers well I didn’t even want to sit on it as you could see aCouple defiantly enjoyed themselves on it previously…
