Spacious room. Clean bedding Aircon in the room staff excellent. Very good bar area serving food and drinks

A little bit dated the spar.was unable to be used as it was being referred. there was only one bath towel in the room even though there were two of us staying and a toilet roll was very spa. There was a used roll there and an empty toilet roll sink was a little bit dirty when we arrived. parts had been missed when it was cleaned.

Bathroom was tired - needed some basic work. Room was cold to begin with and Air Con took a while to heat the room and was very noisy

Friendly staff, they swapped our room for us . Food good value and tasty. Drinks as in most hotels were pricey Robbie tribute was enjoyable

Lights fused in the morning! Room cold and heating complicated but overall good stay nice bed.

I booked last minute for my mum who had been in hospital. It was really convenient. Sophie who was on duty was amazing. I couldn’t be there as I live in cottingham but Sophie helped my mum get into her room, gave her an accessible room and messaged me to reassure me.

Convenient location for my visit.

The hotel is in need of refurbishment, decoration looks tired. Bath panel and area with the bath screen in room 241 needs thorough clean and the bath panel needs replacing.

Staff where so welcoming abd friendly. Only stayed one night fir Christmas party there

The full English breakfast is one of the best I have had anywhere. Dinner was creative and very good. Room was good. Also you can get a good bottled beer at the bar Black Sheep.

Really knowledgeable staff and nothing was too much trouble. Great breakfast, great facilities. Fantastic location, away fro the city centre thrones, but still within easy reach.

Didn’t get room cleaned every day settee was a bit uncomfortable and tired and we were put next to main road so not much sleep

The bed was broken and so uncomfortable, having paid for an executive room there were no finishing little touches, no shampoos soaps etc, tea and coffee facilities were not fully equipped.

Location, convenient and large car park. Good breakfasts and pleasant bar area. Staff very friendly and tried their best to remedy problems.

Property tired, heating didn’t work properly with several of the room facilities not working (had to have maintenance in to fix). Swimming pool not available due to upgrade.

Shower was antiquated, no wardrobe, no bathrobe, air con needs attention (had one setting…hot!)
