Room very dated and scruffy in bathroom. needs updating

The room was immaculate big bed lovley bedding and staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast on morning was really good quality and plenty of choice thank you for a amazing stay

Bar and restaurant absolutely lovely spacious and warm lovely atmosphere, bedrooms could do with a paint over.

It would be nice if the menu was changed now, been going for two years meeting family every few months and the menu is always the same, would be nice if it was changed

Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, beautiful location, we love our stays at Cross Keys when visiting family

Rooms could do with updating, no sockets or USB points next to bed

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and the bed, duvet and pillows were really comfortable. The food was delicious and well presented.

I can’t think of anything- we were happy with our stay

Good size room, big tv, main bed large and comfy

Third bed terrible, not a proper bed. Breakfast good and good value.Evening mal very expensive and not good.Room so close to dual carriageway, very noisy.

Great selection even though I'm not a big breakfast eater

WiFi was really bad and had to depart early in order to attend some work calls that I struggled to keep connected on.

Location great, outdoor lights and lobby beautiful!

Our main light didn't work properly. Only worked if you switched the one near bed off, was told waiting on electrician. Also lights above TV didn't work either. And couldn't get TV online.

The breakfast and evening meal was excellent

Bathrooms are dated and if you are unlucky you get a room facing the duel carriage way and hear the noise.

Great location in a rural areaConvenient for visiting the moorland and seaside nearby
