    • Location and staff

    Cons -

    • STaff were rude and inhospitable. Had to change my room twice due to mold in tbt bathroom. The furniture was old and stripped down. The shelves in bathroom weee falling off the wall. Horrible hotel and horrible location.
    • The facilities felt run down. E.g. the faucet in my bathroom sink was loose, there was no shower gel, the hot water took ages (but did arrive). It feels a bit like a wannabe CitizenM.
    • The sink and shelf looked like they were going to fall off the wall at any moment and the floors are so thin. We could hear EVERYTHING above us.No allergy notices on the breakfasts.Poor GF options

Very nice hotel, walking distance to the O2 London Arena. Rooms small but perfect for our stay.

Nothing really stood out as a dislike

    7LauraPosted on: 2-23-2026

Location is great for the o2, 20 minutes to walk there which was perfect. The room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. On site bar was nice with friendly staff. Quiet hotel even though lots of people were staying. Snacks and drinks stocked on site which was good for after the gig.

Reception staff were not welcomingPillows were awful, could do with upgrading. There was a draft from the window, we were able to block this with the curtain but could still do with being fixed.

Facilities were ok, but we didn't really use them as we only stayed overnight. Bar, restaurant, small snack shop. Everything is as overpriced as you would expect.

The decor is a bit weird. Giant pictures of people plastered all over the walls, freaking you out in the middle of the night. It gave Twilight Zone vibes. If you arrive by train, do yourself a favour and get an Uber to the hotel. The 20 minute walk is neither scenic nor relaxing!

It was very clean , smelled amazing when walked in, the workers were very helpful and smiley, the rooms were immaculate!! We loved the room we stayed in x

There’s only 1 lift but it was ok we stayed on a quiet night

    9LauraPosted on: 2-22-2026

The room was a good size for the price. The hotel was clean, modern and great location.

The only slight negative was I found the bed (mattress) a little uncomfortable but that's purely personal preference.

    5KarlPosted on: 2-21-2026

The bed was comfortable and it wasn't a long trip to the O2.

The shampoo bottle was empty, the window was broken so it wouldn't close the whole way and let a slight draft in, the room was dark even with all of the lights on.

Nice very spacious room. Lovely looking hotel overall!

There was a few problems with the room. Rubbish like balloons and petals over the room and under the bed from a previous stay. The cold tap didn’t work. The shower body soap did not work also. The breakfast was very expensive considering it was not cooked very well and did not taste great at all. Very disappointing.

Decoration was great, showers were nice and breakfast good

    Nothing it was all good

Location to o2 was very good within 15/20 minute walk.

The pillows were very uncomfortable The bathroom door did not shut and a self in the bathroom was broke.

Great location, the decor was very stylish and cool and lovely atmosphere, the room was very nice and comfortable

The lady on the front desk came across as a little stand off ish and rude, however other staff were cheerful. parking wasn’t ideal as it was on the road and first come basis even though you have to pay

    7SajjathPosted on: 2-19-2026

Receptionist Ashliya was very nice. Very cooperative. Also Gopal the staff who attended usserving breakfast was a person worth to mention. Every now and then he asked what more to make us comfortable

Same breakfast menu on all 6 days of stay without any single difference. Very poor lighting in the bathroom. Couldn't have a clean face shaving in that poor lighting.

    5LeannePosted on: 2-19-2026

The foyer was nice to look at staff helpful

The room was very small even for a standard room

    2ElainePosted on: 2-19-2026

The guy at the bar was friendly and chatty

Cleanliness - There was chewing gum, yes, chewed chewing gum, used chewing gum on our room floor. This got stuck in one of my shirts. Fair to say the shirt in now ruined. I tried washing it and it does not come out. (not that I should have to). Complaints and Staff Management - I raised a formal complaint about the chewing gum incident, obviously taking it to reception and showing them, chased and followed up. There is no outcome for me. Apparently, staff have to wear different shoes? Who knows. No compensation for my ruined shirt, barely an apology. Really quite appalling customer service. Location is terrible - its not actually by the o2 its a good 25 minute walk, with an overhead bridge to cross in an area, I don't think you would want your wife or daughter walking alone at night,

Amazing service, room was lovely and comfortable and great location

The mirrors in hotel room was really smudgy and was hard to see through them to get ready

    8StevePosted on: 2-19-2026

It's a perfectly good hotel, staff were great, breakfast was excellent and for a night it was fine. It is located right next to a flyover with industrial units on the other side so definitely not a beautiful location but the Thames path is a short walk away.

    Location.

    8CarlyPosted on: 2-19-2026

Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel a has a relaxing vibe. Breakfast had a good selection of food and refreshments. Good size tv

The dark decor makes the room dark even with the large windows. Bed itself is firm and the bedding when u move around is noisy.

    Disappointed

Not sure who was staying in the room above us but it sounded like a giant pounding backwards and forwards above our heads - this was mid afternoon when we checked in and late at night when we arrived back to try and sleep! The rooms are not well sound proofed and were very dark. There was no good lighting to get ready and everything felt a little tired and drab. I would not recommend! I’d read that robes and slippers would be available so purposely didn’t take any with me - was told by reception this is only for premium rooms.
