  • Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The accommodation was clean, comfortable; toiletries and beverage facilities provided very good. It was perfectly situated for our requirements as we were attending a show at the O2 Arena.

  • Our shower tray flooded as we were unaware we needed to remove the waste plug before use. Also, there were no instructions for using the TV. We didn't know how to reduce the volume and switch the output from the bathroom to the bedroom.
  • the room keys kept not working for the first few days of our stay. we had to go down to reception to reset the keys
  • When calling to ask about the hotel shuttle, where to pick it up from at Heathrow the staff member that answered at the hotel offered zero help and appeared clueless.
