No fridge, no Microwave. Room Window was too high and unreachable

Put us in their handicap room in the entrance to the hotel, noisy at odd hours

Very clean room , enough space at our room for 2 people. Breakfast very nice but I was surprised there is no fresh vegetables.

Great location and lovely staff. Secure car parking too

Room was too small, not sounds proof, you can noise when someone open and close their doors. Staff at reception wasn’t friendly enough when I asking questions.

Was nice and quiet when entering was very kind overall would recommend so sweet they great u with a nice warm chocolate cookie.

The breakfast was nice and got it to our hotel room. The location was great for us of where we needed to go to.

The room size was underwhelming for how it was sold and the carpets were stained. It was also extremely noisy outside so had trouble sleeping. The rooms also said sound proof but I could hear upstairs.

My room was very dirty the heating didn’t work The windows didn’t open ..I had a a do not disturb sign on the door and I was woken up by staff knocking my door .. I’m not happy with my stay that’s why I left a day early

The hotel is located at a very quiet place, it's a bit tricky to locate it using the maps it took me behind the location.

The carpet in the room had stains

I thought the desk staff were really helpful and accomodating. The beds were incredibly comfortable and ready for our 3rd person-a teenager whom we shared the room with. I learnt, a little too late, that the drinks in the fridge were complimentary!!! I loved the warm welcome cookies! What a lovely treat after such a long drive on the motorway.

Unfortunately, I almost slipped over as there was no non-slip mat in the shower tray, the small sink basin was blocked and not useable in the morning. However, I did ask them to wave the parking fee to compensate for not being to enjoy our stay fully and the did so without reservation. The most awful thing about the stay was the transparency of the bathroom glass door!! Hardly any privacy between x3adults!!

The rooms were comfortable and very clean. They had also put a cake in the hotel room for our Nan who had turned 80. It was a good location for what we needed.

The staff, we arrived a booking of 10 people with two cars booked in and the hotel had made an error and only booked one in. Romy the manager at the hotel was very rude, he kept smirking and was not very helpful and told me I did not book two in even though I had prepaid for two before arriving. We were told when prebooking the cars in it was £25 for 24hours for each car however the hotel told us we had to leave at check out time which spoilt our plans on the last day. While there we phoned the hotel number to check and ask on the phone they told us 24 hours 3pm to 3pm, however staff on reception desk swe adimant that we only had the car park space until check out at 11. Therefore there is miss communication and understanding between office staff and reception staff. In addition to this I paid for breakfast for 10 people upon arrival and when we went to breakfast the staff had made another error and only booked two of us for breakfast despite paying for 10 people. This stay was for our gran mothers 80th birthday and this stress tarnished our stay.

The location was very excellent for the area we wanted to visit around Greenwich. We didn't partake of the breakfasts, a little too expensive for just some cereal and toast!Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet.We used the lounge area in the evening which was a very relaxing and comfortable space.

Car parking was a little expensive considering there was free overnight street parking on the doorstep. Apart from that all was great and we had no complaints at all.

The staff are amazing - very friendly, professional and helpful. I had a couple of issues, which they tried their very best to resolve. The hotel is decorated nicely, nice bar area. Room is adequate in size and comfy bed.

I think I was very unlucky with my stay. The boiler broke and had no hot water for the evening, fixed by the morning. Walls are very thin and heard the neighbour snoring all night. So those two things ruined it for me. Also wasn’t impressed with the £5 charge for a fork (if not eating in restaurant) and all movies being pay per view.

The wardrobe didn't have enough space for my clothes or even just my suitcase.. because it had the iron board and clothes type rack in there

We were given better rooms after complaining

Initial rooms were cramped awkward and noisy. Sinks blocked and cupboards too small for regular coat hangers. Internet and TVs not working. To add a nsult to injury we were denied any Hilton Honors points because we booked through booking.com.

Great choice two varieties of bacon, choice of fried and scrambled eggs as well as mushrooms toms beans potatoes ,fresh fruit , cereal continental options
