We arrived a little later after a long journey, the staff were incredibly kind and friendly, they chatted to us and made us feel really at ease. The hotel itself was absolutely superb, we had booked a deal last minute in a rush and did not expect to arrive at such a fantastic hotel. It was so smart and clean, the room was large and spacious with everything we needed and the whole experience was really comfortable. We had a drink in the bar before heading to bed and we ended up booking breakfast as well which was easy to sort out and really good to start the day with. Check out was easy, parking was free.

It would have been better if we had been able to stay longer! But sadly we were only in the area for one night and had to get home. Honestly, the hotel and the staff were flawless, there wasn't anything we didn't like.

From arriving check in was fast and the receptionist was excellent.The room was also excellent,bed,shower and the rest of the amenities.

Nothing at all,it was Great all round.Staff,room,shower all Excellent.Will Definitely be back soon.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, a special shout out for John who served us at the bar on our return from an evening out. All staff were friendly and helpful

The breakfast was too busy and consequently the food kept running out, too many people trying to get breakfast at once. The food wasn’t hot enough.The tv didn’t work in my room.

Staff were great, rooms were comfortable.

Breakfast items were empty 30 minutes before finish time and took 40 minutes to get more food but not enough and not all items refilled. Thin walls.

Property was clean and quiet which really helped with my little one who’s has autism she loved her stay for Halloween would 100% recommend.

Location was good

Bed was awful. Room unfortunately wasn’t cleaned when we asked for it to be. Staff in the morning looked like they had done a shift in a construction site with their work trousers and dirty T-shirts Came down for breakfast and had to ask for the dishes to be replenished as they were empty

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned great has black mould round shower . Place smelled of glue in corridors where rooms are . There is a damp/ weird smell when you walk into main reception . Breakfast was no doubt most basic breakfast ever had for a budget hotel . Place just needs a wee bit of TLC . Rats everywhere at main entrance when dark . They come from the bushes right at main entrance they need to be gone .

Breakfast - a good selection and all tasting good. Room - clean, warm, spacious with all the facilities I needed, plenty of hot water with good pressure. Adequate wardrobe space.Bed - very comfortable.Car parking - enough good sized places.Bus stops near by.

Breakfast - please monitor usage - there were only two fried eggs left, a few spoonful's of scrambled eggs and mushrooms. Fresh fruit would be nice.Room - would have liked a sachet of hot chocolate on the tea tray. There were two noisy guests very late - guitar playing, singing, and another making threatening phone calls.Location - whilst next to motorway and very easy to get to, is a little distant from the city centre.

The staff were amazing and the room was okay

The fact that people were smoking drugs in the hotel and nothing was done about it and that our bedroom door has been kicked in and wasn’t fixed. The breakfast wasn’t great at all had homeless people coming in help themselves and coughing all over the food. The chef did cook me my own plate of food after I complained. But I would stay there again as it was very comfortable and the staff were amazing there. You get what you get for yourMoney. These things I have complained about were things the staff members couldn’t do anything about. They could of called the police about the drug use but they didn’t know what room it was coming from

We did not need breakfast as we was eating later, but when I asked the lovely staff behind reception for a few teabags in the morning she let me use the tea drinking facility’s. Very much appreciated.

Well the hotel is lovely the staff excellent the only negative was the wandering homeless people around the inside and outside the hotel. My sister was approached in the lift and whilst I was outside I was approached by 3 men who looked drugged ip hassling me for cigarettes, we was shocked to see them wanting around the hotel it did make us feel uneasy at times.

Bed too small. People who had dogs above could here dog walking all night as walls so thin.

Very friendly staff. We arrived very late and there was a mix up about us not paying, but it was all sorted out quickly. Really warm atmosphere in the hotel. And great for our dog too.

Beds could be little bigger as rooms are big. I.e king or queen rather than just a double
