Aberystwyth Park Lodge Hotel

The hotel is a cut above the rest in presentation and ambience. Certainly a most comfortable nights sleep.

Breakfast was not included in the price, but a price of £16 was mentioned on booking in.The offering was a very well presented cooked breakfast and all the usual go and help yourself thing like toast and fruit juice.What did surprise me was that when I asked for a second cup of coffee I was charged for it, and it was not cheap. In all my years of travelling I can't remember a breakfast offering that does not include multiple top ups of your coffee. Thats part of the part of the start of your day.

Wasn't a far walk too the beach ideal location was quiet and had a comfortable stay been once here before but before it had upgraded much improved too when I stayed last time . Will be returning again some time soon

Overall good standard. Not central but free parking a bonus. Breakfast was very good.

We requested a ground floor room and there was no problem. The bar, reception and breakfast room all easily accessible and comfortable. Very helpful and pleasant staff.

Room was very good, clean and large with a very good shower. Restaurant food that I had was very good. Chicken and Bacon Cesar salad and Blackberry and Apple crumble with custard. Very good coffee at breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wifi was a nightmare until they gave me a password for their private server.

Breakfast ok but they were very careful what they gave you and more attention could have been made to replenish things like bread, cheese meats and orange juice etc. Probably because staff were busy waiting on tables. I would have preferred a full buffet instead of waitress service. If you like cereal you're quids in. Would have been nice for some fresh fruit and natural yoghurt. A little disappointing for £16. Bar closed a little early for a hotel I thought.

It wasn't far from the town you could order food in and they had no issues and when requesting extra pillows they came through

The room was not clean there was mud on the bed and the carpet was dirty

Difficult circumstances for the visit as my husband was hospitalised after an accident, we live 4 hours away. The perfect location from the hospital and the staff were all so understanding and kind to me, I had to extend my stay day by day as we didn’t know when he would be home but the staff did everything they could to make me feel welcome and made a tough situation a lot easier, so thank you to you all

Everything was great so there was nothing that could have been better.

Very convenient place to stop on a recent visit to collect a pup from a nearby village. The whole experience was excellent, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the whole place was spotlessly clean. We did eat an evening meal that was well priced and tasty.The room was quiet considering its location near a main road. Breakfast was excellent and good value. Would use again if back in the area

The room was beautiful and the staff went out of their way to help us the hotel hotel from reception to the restaurant and the room and toilets were spotless the food in the restaurant was absolutely wonderful
