    Pros +

    • Warm welcome at reception on arrival, well equipped room and en-suite. No noise in hotel during the night. Right on sea front with view out to sea. Only stayed for one night with no meals although dining room looked very clean, tidy and well presented.
    • Great locationThoughtful touches for valentines day
    • The hotel is beautiful it's right on the seafront so great location. Our room was lovely very big with one king size bed one double bed and a single bed.

    Cons -

    • Room would benefit from updating and a new carpet - existing had the appearance of being well used. Bed was not that comfortable - a new mattress would be appropriate. Bedside lamps not working and toilet roll holder in shower room was broken. Could not adjust volume on tv control - far too loud and therefore did not watch tv.
    • Majority of the spa facilities were out of order. Very disappointing as this was the main reason for booking the hotel.Remote control was literally caked in dirt and grime.Window gaps sealed with rolled up toilet roll.Could be so much better with just a little care and attention
    • Nothing - all was good and far superior to the first option we had booked (and promptly left as wasn't great - dangers of booking online and not reading the details properly

Friendly, welcoming staff. Lovely comfortable room. The breakfast buffet was good, lots of options but a little on the lukewarm side.

    Great location..clean and tidy rooms.

We had an issue with a staff member or maybe manager and his language towards other staff.

    10LouisePosted on: 2-15-2026

I was in one of the attic rooms . Very cosy . Comfortable bed, lovely pillows , hot shower, tea and coffee , perfect sea view . Brilliant location with a 10 minute walk into the town and a perfect walk along the sea front.

    Convenient

The room room was not very well organised and food was disappointing. Not enough sockets in the room, detectors on the ceiling were covered in plastic bags, shower curtain too short so floor got soaked, window blinds broken

    5StephenPosted on: 2-2-2026

Check in was quick and easy, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee making provided. The seafront view was spectacular.

The room was quite small and felt a bit cramped. The drapes at the window were not fixed to the curtain rings, so one side was hanging off. The radiator was extremely hot and, although I adjusted the valves to a much lower setting it took hours to cool down. This meant the room was uncomfortably hot and it was difficult to sleep. We tried to get some water to drink but there was nothing in the room and no-one at reception. As a result of these issue we left as early as possible in the morning.

Lovely spacious room, very comfortable, would stay there again. We had a sea view

    Nothing we didn't dislike.

    7TracyPosted on: 1-20-2026

The location was very good and the views were spot on.xxnour room completely overlooked the sea frontThe breakfast was okay and the fact that you could take it up to the room was fab.

The sauna wasn’t working unfortunately and it took a good ten minutes s for the steam room to warm up. It would have been nice if the jacuzzi and steam and sauna part was bigger.x

Staff was pleasant and polite , good location , good food and comfortable

Although the room was clean and tidy it was a little dated

    Nice spa Great sea view

Breakfast poor for £15 pp - told breakfast was 8 to 10 but on the Monday it finished at 9:30 - we got down at 9:40 and managed to get something but was disappointed Several male staff members at breakfast was just dressed in casual clothes so hard to tell if they were staff or residents at the hotel

    10TerryPosted on: 12-29-2025

We arrived early to validate the car park so we could go and sight see around Aber, it was around midday, when they told us our room was ready we were so pleased, because I had booked a deluxe room, we wanted to make the most of it, lovely sea view, warm, super king bed, large bath/jacuzzi, room 114 perfect, great breakfast, staff polite and friendly

When I booked we told we couldn't book in till 4pm, this was disappointing because we booked a de room and was looking forward to spending time in it, however it was a pleasure to be told our room was ready when we arrived early to park up the car
