Fife Lodge Hotel

We were travelling by car with 4 children and the suite accommodation was perfect for parents and 3 children. Grandparent and 1 more child were in a large double room 3 steps away. Dinner at the lodge restaurant was excellent and had options for the kids and breakfast was fine.

Stayed just the one night, however had a very positive stay. We had dinner at the lodge which had a good range of options, a bit on the pricey side, but good food. We also had the included breakfast which was very generous. There are very nice grounds around the lodge, and it was easy walking distance into the township (we had a car, but like to walk).We also used the bar/lounge area which was well appointed - the staff were very friendly.

It was Summer and appreciate that few places have air-conditioning in the UK, however the rooms could have done with fans to keep things a little cooler (we didn't ask for a fan).

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

Our room was very small. Other rooms available we found out.

Rooms were small would have been nice to have a fridge in the room but because of the size of the rooms it's understandable

Food was absolutely amazing....both in evening meal and breakfast. Staff were superb. Plenty onsite parking.

TV was far too small for the suite...location of the suite was noisy. Bed was too soft but that's on me as like a firm mattress....not a complaint just an observation.

Very welcoming reception, the lady on the desk had even called us ahead of arrival to ask if we wanted food on arrival. The rooms were spotless nice comfy beds shower was fantastic aswell. The man who seated us for breakfast was great very professional and friendly. Thanks very much for our stay.

Really enjoyed our 1 night stay. Room clean and comfortable. Lovely food - we had breakfast and dinner. Friendly service.

No complaints at all

Staff were great. Very friendly. Food was very good. Breakfast superb as was our evening meal. Certainly would eat there again. Lovely sitting on the cold evenings by the log burner in a comfortable reception area.

Nothing to dislike. If anything, the mattress was not the comfiest, but nothing to dislike.

We have 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed, 1 with 3 single beds, good for 5 people Dinner and breakfast were great

Quite expensive room.

Staff were lovely and the property was old world charm. It had a bar, restaurant and the food was outstanding.

Hair dryer only produced hot air. Didn’t blow air. Luckily I brought my own.

Interesting old building in beautiful grounds. Staff were very caring.

The Fife Lodge Hotel was a great place to stay. The room was clean, comfortable, modern - special mention to the bedside lamps; the shower was fantastic and the bathroom products were excellent - you will need to bring a face cloth.The food onsite was great, breakfast was a real treat that did not hold back on its portions, and dinner was such hearty food, perfect for our celebration. And on that, as neither of us can take alcohol, the hotel was completely agreeable to chilling and serving the zero alcohol wine we brought with us.

All food was excellent & staff very helpful. The setting is nice & bed really comfy. I would recommend this hotel & will be back for a meal or perhaps or another stay should I need to be in the area ??.

Beautiful Room 1, plenty of space, nice seating area, good hospitality tray, clean bathroom. Staff service was good and pleasant.

Public bathrooms could be cleaner and was a little dated.

The room was too hot. Difficult to sleep. No fan, couldn’t open a window.
