i thought it was all good , perhaps some might find the pub on the side of the hotel a bit roudy

Very friendly staff, rooms comfortable and food plentiful!

Room was spotlessly clean and the bed really comfortable. Food in restaurant was excellent

Nothing we didn’t like

The staff were so friendly and accommodated us with our questions and happy to help with a place for meetings that I had. I couldn't have ask for more and all staff were amazing. Thank you for making our stay easy, comfortable and very pleasant.

There wasn't anything .

A fab stay! My room was warm, comfortable, spacious and clean. Had all the usual facilities. Any staff I encountered were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. I had a brief 1 night stay at The New Inn, but I would happily recommend this hotel to a friend.

Simply a beautiful country innLovely room - although quite a hike up the stairs to get thereBeautifully refurbished and cleanSuper staffGorgeous foodStaff very accommodating

Pointing out procedure with hotel parking ahead of arrival ...... but it probably was written somewhere

Perfect stay at New Inn hotel. Lovely, spacious room with large bathroom (with amazing water pressure and hot water in the shower!). Breakfast in the morning was delightful - cereal etc available from a buffet, and hot drinks and cooked food available to order. All staff were friendly and helpful. Also had a lovely dinner at the Cornkist. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Fantastic staff, made staying and checking in very easy as I had an awkward check in time due to a busy day

Beautifully decorated room, bed is incredibly comfortable. Lovely bathroom facilities.Staff are all incredibly warm and welcoming.

The hotel is very comfortable, great shower and excellent food. the staff are all very welcoming and attentive. the restaurant has a nice atmosphere.

Cosy, clean, good food, friendly staff

Lovely clean room. Excellent friendly staff. Good food offering in restaurant. Great breakfast.

Very noisy bar. Nowhere for a couple to enjoy a quiet after dinner nightcap.

Staff were excellent Sunday roast. AmazingRoom excellent If I had 1 small problem was breakfast overcooked but overall 9/10

Absolutely loved the hote and staff. Very friendly and always available to assist. We took our dog on this trip and it was great for her to stay

Nothing to dislike

Cosy place. Neat rooms and a good restaurant! And free parking.

Honestly this was a lovely one night spontaneous trip, booked that morning and checked in later that evening, very fast and efficient, the staff were fantastic, the room was super comfy, facilities all clean, the food at the restaurant was to die for! The waitresses helped me choose what to eat and their suggestions were perfect! Bar was great value for money tooWill definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!

The room was a little cold as I don't think I got the heating setting sorted or it wasn't working, wasn't a big deal at all and could very well be user error! Also the WiFi was very intermittent, again not a complaint and it's a bit of a 1st world problem!

Very clean. Ample parking. Location for us was perfect

Nothing. The staff were very professional

Lovely room tidy and clean

Breakfast staff was slow and food wasn't the best
