Pros +
- The grounds and location of this hotel were stunning. The hotel itself was incredible (spa, gym, pool, restaurants, etc).
- Staff was especially helpful and genuinely caring.
Cons -
- The room was a big let down. While I was okay with being in the older part of the hotel, our room was not updated and was clearly one of the least desirable rooms at the resort. The room itself could be amazing if the linens and furniture was updated.
