- I wasn’t allowed to eat in the restaurant on the second night of my stay due to a themed night being on in the hotel. I wasn’t made aware of this on checkin so I had to eat out with my dog at a pub along the road, excellent food there too The Kings Arms Hotel, beef feather blade was amazing
- Very warm Bed was small - this was probably due to our choice of room
- Shame about the building work in the rooms near ours

The hotel is in a great location, in the centre of Keswick. Staff were very pleasant and the room and bathroom were excellent. Breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Too warm at night ,didn’t see any way of turning heating down.Getting refurbished at moment so a bit noisy during the day but was reflected in price of stay so didn’t bother us too much .

Had a bath but the plug was broken. Had to call reception because I couldn’t drain the bath. They took the plug so couldn’t have a bath in the morning. Minor really
Staff, room and breakfast were excellent.
Room was directly above the bins so got woke early but the bin wagons. Also builders currently working on some of the rooms so again a lot of banging 1st thing

I liked the staff and their approach to customers regardless of their age or background. The facilities were lovely and comfortable.
The parking was not easy to find especially at night. Signage could be better in that respect.

Nice restaurant
Restaurant closed at 8:30. Room had no heating or radiator and measured at 12 degrees through the night. That was a “superior” double room

Certain parts of the hotel looked a little tired however resoration is taking place and iron and ironing board in the room would be better than having bother reception for one
The room was excellent, very clean and well maintained, breakfast was to a very good standard, and the location was great.
My wife is disabled, and our room was a fair walk along a number of corridor's.
