Yes very rude staff and dirty room carpet all coming away
The room which was a converted attic, was dirty. There was a dirty hairbrush under the bed visible to anyone in the room. The bathroom sink did not drain and the housekeeping staff kept leaving the dirty sink stopper on the counter.

The Lake District is a beautiful area with many outdoor activities.
