Iona Pods

Loved the Pods of Iona, they are like Tiny Homes. Will is fantastic he took care of everything we needed, and he helped us with our luggage.

Beautiful views and comfortable beds, very clean and everything you need for a good stay provided. Staff was very nice, picked me up from ferry and drove me to shops one day. The history of the Iona church was the reason for the visit, a healing prayer service on Tuesday evenings at 9 was the best service I’ve ever experienced. The island is very peaceful, and I had the best supper of cod at Argyll Hotel. Hopefully I will be able to visit again in summer months. I also had a spa experience with Sandra which was also very good.

Shuttle service to and from the ferry would be a good upgrade as it was quite a distance away and trying to reach taxi was unsuccessful.

This was a luxury pod! Exceeded expectations! Was so cozy and had everything you needed! Amenities on site were great! So clean! Showers were fab! William who checked us in was lovely!

Great location and the common use facilities were spotless and well-kept and had all the amenities you might need.

There were 3 of us in a pod that was really for 2 people so it was quite crowded. However with limited options on the island, we were glad to have the option.

The pod was super cosy.The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen area was well equipped.The location is beautiful, and being halfway between the North beaches and the village perfectly located.The communal facilities were also very good and clean. There were extra items you could borrow as well, e.g. barbeque tongues. Very thoughtful.We felt really well here, and booked an extra night.

The shower temperature and shower light could be temperamental, switching on and off "randomly" at times.

Will is an amazing host. Very personable, helpful, responsive. Stunning location. Fun place to stay. Well equipped pod, very comfortable and roomy despite looking small from outside. Communal area kept clean and well stocked.

The pod was very comfortable.

We did not get checkin information because it was texted to us and so checkin was more difficult without a phone. We rolled our suitcases along way and the gravel was difficult. Knowing alternative ways to reach the pods would have been nice.

From start to finish, my friend and I enjoyed being at pods..Will was a Great Host He picked us up from ferry which was a great help. Toilet facilities were spotless hot water at all times Will most certainly be returning, would recommend the Pods highly Thanjs to all staff who keep the site in great condition .. ..Elizabeth

The pod I stayed in was very clean and warm. It had everything I needed to be able make myself food and drinks. The bed was so comfortable. I had a lovely view of Dun I and the sheep. I enjoyed sitting outside at the picnic bench to eat and have my fire pit. I felt very safe as a lone woman traveller. The communal kitchen area was very clean and tidy. The showers and toilets were also very clean and the shower was hot. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location of the pods is at the bottom of Dun I and a short walk to the Northend beaches where I watched a great sunset.

There was nothing I didn’t like other than having to leave.

Quiet, clean, private, just as described. Shower block and kitchen were very clean. We were met on arrival. Views of the mountains or the sea.

About a 20 minute walk from the ferry.

Will and Lauren were exceptionally kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble to get us settled and off to a great start to our holiday. The pods were absolutely brilliant, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again
