No breakfast available which wasn’t made clear on booking and a distance from town and amenities

Receptionist friendly but looked as if she was running the hotel single- handed
Room Key fob claimed meals available but this was totally misleading. TV did not work properly

Vanessa is a very pleasant girl who was very helpful. She managed to get us a room with a walk in shower which was really appreciated.
Thd room was very dated and the floor was very uneven. The furniture was very sticky and needed a good clean.
Great location near the city centre of Oban. Free wifi and parking. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Previous occupiers take away meal left in bin. Room wasn’t cleaned every day. Bed wasn’t made. No restaurant and bar was closed.

No food was being served at the property but a three minute walk took you to another Muthu property serving food. Location was good around ten minutes to the the heart of town but nice and quiet at the hotel.
Minor thing but if you required telly it couldn't be angled down thus giving a dark picture as with modern sets when not looked straight on.

Misrepresentation of facilities. No restaurant. Said was accessible which we took to mean that there would be a lift. Room wasn’t cleaned. Hallways hadn’t been vacuumed
We enjoyed the room itself and the staff were lovely * friendly.The only problem I found was a very strong smell of sewage in the corridor outside my room . I couldn't smell it in other corridors except outside our rooms.and a couple of rooms sharing the same corridor as us , I bet can verify this.

Arrived to find bar nd restrung were closed without prior warning and had to walk to sister hotel to have an evening drink and have some food.Would definitely not return to this place
