The views from the window and also that there was tea and coffee facilities in the room and a TV

The bed was a bit small for 2 people but apart from that it was a clean and comfortable room

Ample parking. A nice place to sit downstairs if you wanted to get food and bring it back to eat, with a view of the ocean. anselmo's fish and chips was within walking distance and open a little later than most places. Breakfast was good.

Shower was a little on the smaller side. Felt a bit like a maze getting to the room.

Room beds were comfortable plenty of room

Didn't like the noise in sqeaky floor boards very loud and annoying

William the owner and his staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel is spacious, clean and the views overlooking the sea are great.Being located just outside the town centre was an advantage as less busy but easily walkable.

Perhaps the evening meal could be one course rather than only a three course option.

Room was clean, staff were pleasant and helpful. Bed and bedding were good.

price included breakfast which didn't start until 08:30 on the Sunday. I had to leave earlier so missed out. Was offered a lunch pack which I opted not to have.

I have mobility issues and everything was taking into consideration

My mother didn't like the fact you have to walk through restaurant to get our room (it didn't bother me as I was glad of a ground floor room) thank you.

I was visiting Dunoon for the Cowal Gathering and the Pipe Major John McLellan display in the Burgh Hall and really enjoyed my three days. The hotel parking was good as was the welcome from the staff who were very pleasant and friendly.

Although the room was clean and comfortable it was a bit dated. The internet connection was poor. It seems normal practice when at busy times the price for a room goes up in price and in this case I would say it was double for what I would like to have paid but sadly it is a sign of the times and happens every where.

I requested gluten free breakfast when I booked and when I arrived , when I asked in the dining room the waitress had no idea what I meant. She went to ask in the kitchen , I waited 20 minutes for her to return but she didn't come back. So no breakfast for me.

Staff were not helpful. Parking wasn't available. Breakfast did not appear.

An older property showing its age but great value for money. Especially the breakfast and dinner options. Easy walk to town and along the water Such a beautiful town to visit

Lots of stairs

The location was very good as it was near my family.

Last year my room was excellent this year it was ok but I missed my bath.

Location was fantastic on the waterfront. Very close to restaurants and bars. Beautiful scenery. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfaat was lovely. Dini g room decpr was very upto date and modern. Very bright and spacious.

Rooms are very unkept. They are clean but very much basic. Rooms need a bit of updating. Very dull and dreary. Could decorate the rooms like the dining room.

Yes been many times ...always nice ....booked in at 3 ...decided rather go back into dunoon centre for meal we would have meal in hotel ....surprised to be told ...fully booked for meals .met another traveler who had walking problems she had booked evening meal but at 6.30 told she was to late .met her in dunoon going to nearest chip shop

Over all enjoyed stay ..think regarding evening meals should be able to accomadate two people ..and far to early for no meals after 6 .30

Nice view from restaurant and bar

Rooms need a desperate refurb. Flooring and bathroom facilities unpleasant. Very rushed service at dinner.

Breakfast, the exit

Everything creaked in every room. So as soon as someone moved you would wake up. Room smelt damp and no WiFi or phone signal available. Room was cheapest around but still thought I was too much for the room.

Comfort generally, delicious meals served by friendly staff and of course the panoramic views of the Clyde! Nice garden too.

My room looked rather tired, however wallpaper and carpet in good condition. Very comfortable bed. Decor could do with an update. Public rooms very nice and contemporary.
