- The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Wifi was excellent. The room was very comfortable. The pub had an assortment of beers on tap & the food was delicious. The breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety of choices to please any breakfast appetite.
- The bed was excellent and they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable - excellent tea and fresh milk in the room, a fantastic hairdryer and little things like dental floss and cotton balls in the room. Breakfast was amazing!
- Amanda was the best part of our stay - she was so so so so friendly - and extremely accommodating. Upon check-in she took us to the room, and showed us every detail, and ensured we had what we needed. As we were leaving after check-out - we got a later start and missed breakfast, Amanda INSISTED she cook us something we could take with us, and she did - completely above and beyond. The room was also incredibly well thought out - it was well decorated, and very comfortable. Great amenities. The property is small, and intimate, and in a very very very cool location off the loch. Could not recommend this spot enough.
Cons -
- Wish there was a tub, but that's just a personal preference. The shower was totally fine!
- It was great, nothing not to like
- Views were amazing, interior was clean and very tidy.

Location, comfort, price and food excellent
All fabulous
Lovely location, clean and comfortable with friendly owners
Shower did weird things but this was resolved but attentive staff. Thankyou
The inn and room were beautiful and cozy. Nice setting with the coast nearby. Breakfast was generous and staff were very friendly. Wish it was more than a stopover for us. I plan to return
Bath drain didn't work which left us standing in a foot of water. Also the check-in deadline was not highlighted enough and I was arriving late which led to a lot of worry especially as there was no way to contact the hotel desk, just a voicemail service and an email address. I wasn't sure what I was going to do if I was just locked out at 10:30 in the middle of nowhere. I appreciated the call from the hotel to make arrangements which came after I had already missed the check-in deadline but it added stress to the evening at dinner and driving down from Oban. Some form of prompt communication should be available during open hours.
The food for breakfast and dinner was excellently prepared by the in house chef, and all the staff were friendly and helpful.
There were comfortable sofas in the dining room, but otherwise nowhere comfortable to relax. Our room did not have space for a chair.
Beautiful hotel very friendly staff especially the bar staff man with pony tail from Glasgow very charming and friendly. Food amazing pass it on to chef his food was Michelin star. Have recommended it to everyone I know
Very helpful staff, nice food, lovely location.
Nothing of any note.
We enjoyed our stay as a family of 3, we stayed for 3 nights and had a proper rest before we explored the nearby areas. The size of the room is sufficient and the bathroom is massive and modern, cleanliness is 10/10. The breakfast is excellent, made to order and included in our stay. The Staff are amazing, special shout out to Robert who was so kind and accommodating to our needs and very friendly and helpful.

For the money, excellent value. Rooms are well appointed, Sky TV and alexa included. Nice bar with lovely pizza and good food.
Pity the bar is closed during the day, but that is perhaps just a reflection of the difficult staffing and economic conditions for businesses.
Beautiful location, gorgeous hotel, very friendly staff, great food, excellent value for money and an overall very friendly vibe. Special mention to the chef who went above and beyond to feed me and my kids after we arrived much later than expected with very hungry bellies. A total lifesaver and very much appreciated.
Really clean nice decor everything was fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful - even offered to keep the kitchen open late if my arrival was delayed. Room was lovely - very different from the normal small hotel room - nicely decorated and lovely clean bathroom. Food was good.
All the staff were so friendly. Christian, the chef cooked beautiful meals, the housekeeping staff were really friendly and helpful and Robert, who was not only the barman, waiter and receptionist, but a font of all knowledge and master of the best playlist. We loved staying here.
The bedrooms were a bit snug.
We loved our three night stay . The owner Andrew and his staff were so friendly and helpful . The food and very varied menu , was excellent , and beautifully presented . Lovely garden terrace with glorious views . Highly recommended . Thank you .
This booking was a gift for my mum and dad they enjoyed their stay they said the room was lovely, comfortable and the food was amazing.
There was nothing to dislike
Clean and beautiful views, friendly staff, amazing breakfast.
We had a great stay. Nothing to complain about.
The staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. The meal in the restaurant was good. There was entertainment in the pub that evening, which was brilliant. Everyone in the pub - including the bar staff - were having a great time.
There were problems with the TV in one room, and no bath in the other. The breakfast could also have been laid out better - i.e. been given fresh tea/coffee rather than getting it out of urns. I would have liked the option of some fruit for breakfast also. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.
