Conveniently located, at a much more reasonable price than the Western Isles at the end of the road!

Room was a little basic, but that was not a surprise -- it was an inexpensive room for one convenient night and was clean and well provisioned, so no complaints at all.

It was great!! We also ended up eating dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent. There was live music and it was a great and unforgettable experience. The breakfast included was really delicious and an added bonus.

The walls were so thin that we could hear our neighbors' Tv and hear their toilet flushing.

Property was clean and tidy and very friendly staff. Nice evening meal and good breakfast. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and felt good value for money

Room was a little chilly when I arrived, but soon warmed up when I switched the heater on.

We loved the location. Walkable distance to Tobermory and good location to start exploring the north of the isle (that's what we did the next day) Staff was very nice and food is very good! We had a nice budget room for a quick weekend getaway. I wouldn't mention as a negative but the bed was very small for a double but comfortable (and we were in a budget room, so was still worth the money, I wouldn't deduct a score) the view is stunning, too. The room was clean and good size (for a budget room) and well equipped.

Despite being very busy at the time, the staff were very polite and helpful. The food for dinner and breakfast was delicious, and the service was very fast. The room was cosy and comfortable.

The bed was a little lumpy and the walls thin, so snoring of the other guests could be heard during the night.

Very friendly and helpful staff, everything was clean and freshly painted, central location for Tobermory and plenty parking spaces. Nice bar/restaurant area.

Close to town for walking, staff very friendly, room nice and warm, towels were changed but not very large but okVeggie breakfast, good selection of food. Could do with at least one other veggie option for evening meals, only two on the set menus. Chef did offer to make a nut roast for the Sunday roast which was nice.All in all, very good, would go back.

Location was good, parking available. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Our request for a ground floor room was sorted straight away.

A small issue was that Room 1 could use a black out blind or curtains as the light from the entrance shines through.

Good location - up hill out of town, but a short 5 min walk down hill. Lovely bar/restaurant area & good breakfast with plenty of variety.

Wi Fi was terrible. Couldn't watch the T.V. due to it and using my laptop was a struggle. Had an early check out so was given a take away breakfast. Threw it away as it was extremely poor, not even a drink provided.

Evening meal was far better than expected. Pizza was great and beef very tender.Lady on reception was very accommodating and the bar and waiting staff were friendly and welcoming

The nice large bedroom we eventually were given, the heater in the bathroom stayed on, a warm bed room,the receptionist called Angela was nice and friendly.

The long walk up the steep hill, the small dingy room we were given instead of the room we had paid for, the breakfast had not much choice,the bed was hard and lumpy with hard pillows.
