Staff very friendly and helpful.

It is a little dated inside, but this did not affect our stay. Beds were very comfortable

It was better than expected, great value for money, food was great well stocked bar and prices to match.the staff and owner was great company, we will definitely be back.

Friendly staff

Was contacted on day of arrival to be told their kitchen would be closed. Was told breakfast wouldBe available from 730, but on arrival was then informed it was from 8. This was too late for my needs. Offered a packed lunch instead.

Friendly welcoming member of staff named Megan, lovely room, clean and everything you need , comfortable bed, good tv with added bonus of Netflix overall excellent experience, value for money, and a lovely cooked breakfast that was nice to have hot, breakfast staff warm and welcoming and pleasant and informative, made to feel very welcome, my wife and I thought how friendly the whole experience was.

Nothing really, we recieved an e mail saying restaurant would not be open on the evening we were staying, which was not really a problem as we were well informed, so overall all good.

Friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable room with good shower..short drive to Inverness city centre.

Staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful. My bed was extremely comfortable, and breakfast was excellent.

My room was quite cold. There was an additional heater to use, but I didn't!

We stayed serval times before and always were very pleased .This time but disappointed .Floor was bit dirty looks no hoover was used .The Toilet panel was taken off and lying on toilet Lot of dirt in bathroom and shower paned very dirty , wife cleaned it easily up . Mugs still had old coffee marks in and water in kettle

The staff are hardworking, friendly and efficient. The breakfast was excellent.Dinner was standard pub fare; a bit pricey.Location is excellent with easy access to Inverness or for sightseeing. Very good value stay.

The double bed (room 5) is very soft and really needs replaced. This is not just a matter of taste - it is quite extreme. (Managers: please lie down on it and see for yourself.)

Clean, good size and with a very big comfortable bed. Nice bathroom too with a good sized shower.Nice location, outside of Inverness and a good place to drive out from to explore the Scottish Highlands and Loch Ness. A nice restaurant too with friendly service.

We indicated on the door that we would be happy with room cleaning/service during the day, but this wasn't completed (although not a major problem).

The staff went above and beyond they were incredibly friendly and amazing and with my wife being gluten free nothing was a problem and even went and found gluten free haggis the room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent, in both choice and quality.Dinner was always fine - some meals were really excellent (eg. venison steak). For a couple - such as the burgers - it seemed to me that the chef had tried a bit too hard, and it would have been better to have used a simple, standard preparation. All the staff were really friendly and helpful.No problems with parking!

I would have appreciated a lounge area to sit in after dinner.

Duvet was a bit light for the time of year.

The ladies at the inn are so friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfy. Breakfast area is lovely, so is the breakfast!! It's easy to get there..right at the roadside
