Room comfort, fairly polite staff, water dispenser provision near gym, free parking, decent breakfast options and breakfast times/hours.

1.There was no Weetabix provided at breakfast. What's happened?2. The new security measures requiring only card holders to access the rooms area is great but can the cards also please be enabled for the main entrance into the hotel. There is no sense in locking the main entrance into the hotel if guests card keys are not enabled to open it.3. WiFi needs sorting out in room 214 or perhaps all rooms. Needless to say this is the only means of communication as a normal mobile signal is almost non-existent instead of the room.

Kind, friendly reception staff. Good open spaces in reception area. Never felt too busy or crowded. Even at breakfast it was nice and calm. Food was hot & tasty and great choices.

The staff were excellent, reception guy, lady on the bar at night, and any other staff member we had interaction with, were all really helpful, engaged and friendly.

Everything was fine.

Comfortable and clean. Quiet, rooms, seem to be well soundproofed. Didn't hear any of the usual banging of doors at night. Quiet air-conditioning. Great breakfast. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. Couldn't fault it.

The carpet in Half of my room was soaking wet which was coming through my window. I informed the staff member on reception. Who wasn't really bothered.

great allowed me to check in after 3am as had broken down

nothing , apart from my hair dryer blew up in the room but staff fixed it quickly

Could of had a vending machine for snacks, bathroom was a little grubby but ok. Staff where ok

Noisey guests along the corridor late at night. Fridge in room did not go cold enough, Breakfast was fantastic lots of variety and choice, Was a bit pricey though £12pp

We asked for a quiet room we were put downstairs which was quieter but no internet

Poor signal for internet and a mark of what looked like dried blood on the bed quilt cover I was a resteraunt manager for the Hilton and I know the level of cleanliness for bedrooms it was late when we noticed so I reported it first thing in the morning of course it was changed that day but it was distressing .I was disappointed with the evening resteraunt menu and variety but breakfast was much better .

Funny noise coming out of the toilet, like a whistling, only on my last night, moved me to another room
