The staff is by far the highlight. The breakfast was fanominal.

Good location with many eateries/restaurants close to the hotel.Comfortable bed with extra pillows.Great breakfast and coffee machine.

Expensive parking fees. More channels/programs on TV will be great.

Everything beautifully co-ordinated, loved the mood lighting on the tables, single roses on tables a lovely touch. Spotlessly clean and used plates etc cleared away quickly. Beds really comfortable.

The choices and generous variety of food offered for breakfast are fantastic. The staff are very attentive, keeping the tables cleared and food topped up.Excellent location with proximity to the station.Although busy, the atmosphere in the corridors was very quiet. Comfortable bed. .Spacious room with separate sitting area.( Superior double)

The room is barely furnished with lack of surfaces for personal items. Nowhere to unpack luggage and store belongings, except open wardrobe hanging space. No electrical points beside the bed. The lighting flashed initially, (settled later) Generally poorly lit, especially near the mirror. Very small bathroom, no bathmat, potentially slippy floor after showering. The plug in the handbasin refused to stay down. Soap dispenser not topped up.The breakfast is amazing, but some items e g. scrambled eggs were not hot. Prunes would have been welcome and maybe apples and bananas added to the choice of fresh friut( only melon and pineapple offered)

Neatly cleaned surfaces in the room, not a speck of dust anywhere, typical rich and really good Scandic breakfast. The main bed mattress was pretty comfortable. A water kettle and a small array of tea, coffee and creamer were available.

The room was shabby, duvets old and yellow, poking out of fresh clean sheets, pillows practically nonexistent, that's how thin they were. Lots of stains on the carpet and unfortunately also on the beautiful (but super uncomfortable) leather chairs. One stain so obviously from the wet but crack... Sigh... Uncomfortably tiny toilet. The night light shade stained with something I choose to believe was water and tea. (It most certainly wasn't). The bunk bed mattress had a certain prison quality to it. No fridge, no proper spoons for tea and coffee available. Curtains were torn where someone probably tried and reached for the window handle.

The room is dark and outdated. No smart tv, so no Netflix and chill if is raining outside. No minibar.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent. fresh, varied, and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. It really made the mornings enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Very small room in the side building. Not very clean, dirty floor, foreign hair in the bathroom. Pretty noisy until late night due to traffic at station‘s plaza.

Paid more than promised through booking. No street view, was surprise when I paid more than just for regular room.No air conditioning, room was very warm, and I had to open window during the night to get air.

This hotel is a top choice on the way to Norway, this was the best place we stayed.The rooms are nice, spacious, clean. The breakfast was extremely good, very, very large selection.The location is also perfect, there are a couple of restaurants around the hotel.

The price is really good, I'm looking forward to my next visit, the location, the breakfast is phenomenal and the price is very affordable.

The building where our room was located was separated and quiet depressing, tiny bedroom, mini bathroom and micro shower. Not good

Food is nice, room is clean and staff is friendly. Easy transport full facilities.
