Good location close to London Bridge Station. Front desk staff were very helpful in resolving a difficulty. Breakfast had lots of options and plentiful, nice interactions with staff. A nice small bar in the lobby.Room was very quiet and a nice shower and bathroom.n

    Nothing of importance.

    Great location and nice breakfast

The room was hot and the mattress sunken in and very uncomfortable. I requested an additional mattress topper but this wasn’t provided.

We liked the hotel lay out and the theatre vibe, the staff were excellent, the location was excellent for sight seeing. The view from our window was great (see photo)

Only having a continental breakfast was the only thing that disappointed, it would have been nice to have had the option of a full English breakfast.

    9JuditPosted on: 2-15-2026

Great location, modern room. Very good breakfast!!

WIFI connection was not stable and you always have to reconnect, not ideal for work.

The decor and style of the hotel. So much to see and there is always something else that catches your eye, that you didn't see before.

Breakfast....!! I'm weat intolerant and 80% of the Breakfast options was weat based. No, full English option, or hot food, apart from warm boiled eggs (still in their shell) and small warm chorizo sausages. Lighting in the room was bad, with just back lighting and no main lights.

Good location, clean, comfortable room. Good continental breakfast

Staff friendly and helpful , but seems short staffed on reception, long wait check in and out. Often only one person covering bar and reception

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Any time I had a question or issue, they resolved.

There was no information in the room about the room. Had no idea how to sign on to the Internet for my laptop . Instructions said to go to Whatsapp, which had none. The TV volume wouldn't go past 23. Paid for breakfast but didn't realize it was Continental until asking a Kitchen staff. Ibis Paris always has a full menu. The sheets were a bit dingy.

Really interesting theme to the hotel. Made the lobby look like a theatre set. The reception desk in the form of a grand piano..a popcorn machine with free hand outs, yay! Nice and unique touch. Very helpful staff that's there 24 hours for assistance. The room was located far from the elevator and was quiet. Good natural light in the room. Spacious and clean bathroom. The restaurant is spacious and offers a big breakfast spread. Great location to be in with proximity to supermarkets, the underground, Borough Market, bermondsey..

The room lacked a mini bar and I'm not used to that. Better lighting in the room would help. The breakfast spread lacked variety on a day to day basis. Only hard boiled eggs! A variation here would be welcome if one is staying for 4 nights.

The hotel is conveniently situated for The City. It is clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was excellent. Good breakfast.

This hotel has central air conditioning control and so whilst there is a controller in the room it is impossible to adjust the temperature. On complaining to reception that the room was far too hot for a bedroom, I was told to turn off the conditioning and open the window. The room looked onto Southwark Bridge Road so having the window open at night was not practical. The room was very dark with no proper lighting.

Very clean and great staff that work at the hotel. This is are second stay and we always love the breakfast and great sleep

    8RebeccaPosted on: 2-9-2026

Great location and close to lots of sightseeing spots plus handy for underground. Quirky interesting decor.

Hotel was very dark and smelt like popcorn everywhere - not unpleasant, but could be sickly. Breakfast was pleasant, but very limited and not worn the money in my opinion.

Nice and cozy, good rooms, very good breakfast, very kind staff and helpful

    Nothing to mention

    8JessicaPosted on: 2-5-2026
