Only stayed for one night. Bed was comfy

Fridge in room wasn’t working, nothing to use in the kitchen to cook or eat not even a fork, loud remodeling happening which was not warned about. Tried to extend my stay, was told to email, and I never heard back.

Good location. Has the bare necessities.

No soap, shampoo, body wash.Uncomfortable bedLoud constructions around the building as well as inside the building .Loud fridge in the room, better to unplug it.

My first time in a hostel…so it was a bit awkward sharing room with strangers…but that’s on me not the facility.

The plug sockets in my room didn't work for some reason, so I couldnt charge my devices. I had to go to the Costa round the corner to charge my phone which wasn't great.

Location was good.Price was okay for london prices but not so good for having no toiletries included (no soap or towels)They have a kitchen and mini gym.

If you are staying for 1or2 nights then this place will get you by.It seems to be like an accommodation centre where people stay for long periods like students. You really dont get anything in the room apart from a bed, fridge, table and some place to put your clothes and toilet.You get nothing in the toilet, not even soap. You must bring everything yourself. Bring your own towels too or you will need to purchase them at reception. There were no hangers in the room.Also, no guests allowed beyond certain hours.There is a kitchen to share but not sure if it's for everyone to use. There is a mini gym too. Overall, the stay was average. For that price, i can get a decent room in Paris with everything included.

reasonably priced, very comfortable budget hotel, all rooms come with own shower and WC, excellent heating

Everything was fine. Quick checkin. Considering i didnt have driving licence or passport as im UK citizen and it was only a spontaneous one night trip. 2 hours on train. Never thought. Maybe worth mentioning photo ID required. But receptionists was very helpful to resolve.

Slight noise from the toilet cistern running constant room 416 and fridge near bed running. Should have remembered ear plugs. But im a light sleeper, so i unplugged the empty fridge. Problem solved.

Clean and comfortable, good value for the price. Nice location, close to some underground stations. Perfect for single travellers.

Had to wait for quite long until someone came and checked me in. You need to call the UK number if no one at the reception desk, which may be inconvenient for foreigners

everything as described, i recommended this hotel and i probably will be back :) staff is very nice and helpful, especially the man at the reception during my arrival who help with everything and answered lots of my questions :)

As others have said, this isn't a fancy hotel - when they asked at check in if I'd want a towel, that was a clue.. but it's amazing value for money for a central London place to stay with a gym, a kitchen etc. Beds and rooms are small but clean and functional, shower is hot. What isn't to like about that for a bargain, just a few minutes walk from London Bridge?

The house is a students residence that is available to general public during holidays. Although is not like a high end hotel it's clean and in a central location.
