- The staff at check-in were kind & helpful. It was clear they wanted us to enjoy our stay in London.

The staff was marvelously helpful. The room large, as was the loo. The toilet took some work to learn. The attached pub was great also.`
Nothing, location turned out to be perfect for our wandering and exploring
