The washrooms are clean and location is very good

There is a pub on the ground floor where they bang very loud music and the party is going around 2am which is very disturbing, you cannot sleep in that loud bass that bangs in your head

Staff was sooo nice and it’s located right next to a nice pub.

Basically you get what you pay for, it’s far from luxury but it’s worth the price.

Staff were accomodating and helpful and the location was great.

The music from the bar next door was too loud and lasted too long. This problem willl stop me from staying at your hostel the next time I go to London.

Location, proximity to public transit and key tourist sites. Social, and diverse atmosphere.

Bar was loud, and rooms were rather small, but otherwise the experience was enjoyable.

Location was great! If you are looking to party or meet people this is the place to be.

The best hostel in London. Clean, wonderful service. Front desk staff Nick is wonderful. Free luggage storage. Fast wifi. Excellent location.

Staff encouraged and took the dude of a guest that bullied singled me out and even tried using intimidation tactics to get me to react cause issues the. Ultimately ganged up with other guests to get me kicked out with sold places only 40 cash no card money canceled my two days I was planning to stay to heal from a flu I caught there

The price is good.

There is a bar under it. Don't expect to sleep before 1am.

Well, the location is absolutely great that's first of all. Place felt like a maze. And facilities are okay giving the fact of the price.Toilets are very clean and showers too ??Clear instructions

I have some few points to clear not because the place is bad or uncomfortable but I'm always representing the minority of people that are Light Sleepers like myself and also because I find these hostels are very limited on resources.1. Staying In a room more than 4 people is like hell to me, specially because 10 people sleeping at the same room and each have their life and their movements inside the room could be irritating most of the time. Even myself I had to wake up several times during the night because I visit the toilet a lot 2. The floor has more rooms than expected, and each room has several beds, all are served by very few toilets. And very few showers.3. It seems that the street or neighborhood I don't know what exactly has like a pub that people spends most of their time at night chatting and laughing till midnights.4. Reception works specific hours, so don't expect anyone that would help you at night if you want to.5. I hated the idea of First Come first Serve in the room for beds, as I have knee and back problem and also because I visit the toilets several times as night, I can't keep climbing and defending the bed each and every time waking the buddy sleeping because of the shaky bed. I asked the hostel several times and they said we don't have this service. I even asked them to pay in extra.6. The last night when all visitors left, I've chosen a lower bed luckily.7. The beds needs to be steady to avoid waking the person sleeping as small movements can wake both of us.

Location and value for money.

Limited toilet, had to go on the 1st floor from 3rd where I had my room. Not convenient, and no refund or compensation offered due to broken toilets.

I said this two years ago when I last stayed, but please put hooks *inside the shower stall,* not just on the outside. My pillow was pretty flat this time around. I probably could have gone and asked for another, but just never got around to it.

The hostel is centrally located and close to a tube station. It has all the basics you would expect and wifi. Sheets were clean.

They charge £2 for a small towel. The place isn't super clean and some floors smell.

The structure of the house is old and smells of humidity, it fulfills only the purpose of offering a safe call to rest
